Mother in law had a bit of an emergency service needed due to her boiler going bonkers and flooding her living room. All Pro Carpet Cleaning took their time looking over the damage done and advised what steps would be taken to help the issue. I must say they did an outstanding job! Not only is the flooded area nice and SUPER clean (a lot better than when she had steam pros come out) but it's also being given a little extra help with a fan to help ensure there aren't any further issues with the carpet itself. The care in the services they provide is noticable along with the superb care provided to their customers, would recommend 100/100. Thank you guys for doing what you do best ! Will definitely save their contact for future needs.

Chris could not have been nicer. I was able to get same day service and he even called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled. I did not have much hope for the carpet that needed to be cleaned. I have to say that it looked like we had different carpet when he was done. He was very professional and I felt like he really cared about what he was doing. He took his time and was not rushed to move on to the next job. This was money well spent. We got what we paid for and more. I would use Chris again if we need to have service in the future. Thank you Chris ...job well done!!!

Chris was amazing! Did my entire house in just a few hours. This was the BEST carpet cleaning I have ever had done! Very professional and extremely detail oriented. My husband and son were especially surprised and pleased by how well the carpet turned out. It dried quickly and there was never that "wet-carpet" smell. Very pleasant. Will absolutely have him come again. Not only did he do an excellent job, he did it for an excellent price as well.

Chris was GREAT! He was friendly, prompt and when faced with a struggle in my apartment complex he didn’t let it stop him but instead he did what he had to and got the job done and did AMAZING!! He truly has a passion for it and you can see it and that he loves to leave his customers happy! I strongly recommend him to EVERYONE!! I can’t stress enough how satisfied with this experience I am and what a great job he did!!! Also I needed on a short notice and he was able to accommodate no problem! Recommend to ALL!!!!

Super professional, on time, amazing results! We recently moved into a “new” home that had pet stains all over the carpet and smelled like animal pee. They were able to remove the stains and get the smell out in no time! They got us in within 24 hours of calling. We had three bedrooms and two living rooms done! Affordable pricing for the amount of work that was done. 10/10 would recommend and will be returning.

CA Steam Team did a phenomenal job today cleaning my carpets that had not been cleaned in over 3 years. The carpets look brand new! Victor and Nancy are quite the team, personable and professional. I Highly recommend them and would give them more than five stars if I was able too.
