Customer service is good but the service itself wasn’t . I wanted my couches cleaned and Tori (the employees name) rushed the job and missed some spots . My couches look the same . I would not get this service again.

I have no idea how they have good reviews,I took off a work 2 time. he no showed the first time, then I gave him a second chance and we showed up and 2 min later had to leave…. Unbelievable. There are more options for business who respect customers time. Super bummed out

Sam did an amazing job on my carpet today. It was worth my money. I highly recommend that you choose for Sam to come and do your carpet. He does a flawless job.

We used this service for carpet cleaning and pet stain/odor removal, however, after cleaning, my house smelled worse than before the cleaning. Also, he did not use any air freshener or deodorizer and had to bring a bottle to the house after we complained of the smell. When asked for an explanation, he blamed our pets saying “you had more smells than you thought.” (Way to deflect!) But isn’t that why we are paying for you to remove the odor?! Needless to say, we requested our money back or a redo, but he declined and told us to go elsewhere. Not very professional!
