Superior Carpet was the first person we called when we heard there was a flood in one of the bathrooms at one of our rental properties. They were there so fast and communicated with us during the whole process, dealt with the tenant in a very professional and respectful way, kept us informed with phone updates, provided written quotes on the same day they were written, and most importantly they worked quickly and efficiently to keep the tentants out of the home for the shortest amount of days. The work was done at a very fair price and everything was kept clean and orderly during the repairs. We are very happy with their service, are grateful for how well the whole process went, and we highly recommend them and will not hesitate to call them again.

Sam arrived on time, he was friendly and he got the job done quickly. I had him come out to clean the upholstery on our dinning room chairs that looked absolutely horrible. I told him I didn’t expect much and to just do what he could to make them a little better. Less then an hour later, all the chairs looked like the day they were delivered new. Moved into my new house and needed to clean two rooms two days before furniture arrived. I picked Superior Carpet Company at random and I was promptly assisted by Sam who arranged for two employees at my door within two hours. They scrubbed these two rooms thoroughly and offered to come back in one month for a stubborn rug section. The price quoted was very reasonable and I feel that the timely and quality of work was really SUPEROIR. In essence, they do live up to their name.

Absolutely amazing company. It's hard to believe anyone could give this company a bad review. It is solely owned by an incredibly hard working man. His prices are beyond reasonable. He goes overboard to make sure his work is perfect. Never tried to oversell.
If I could give him a 10 I would. I will recommend and refer Superior to everyone I can.

Sam at Superior Carpet Cleaning was awesome! He was super friendly, forthcoming, and knowledgable over the phone (when I made the appointment), and in-person (while doing the carpets). He even went above and beyond by doing a few area rugs and moving some baby equipment I had lying around. 5 star service 100%!

I called Superior Carpet about getting my couches cleaned. Samuel was very professional, and gave me the best price. The cleaning took about 1 hour and my couches look new again. We are very happy with his work and will definitely be calling him again to get our floors done.
