This is the worst cleaning company I have ever used. The owner would rather argue and defend his cleaning crew instead of listening to his customer. The field reps are even worse.

Grant did an outstanding job cleaning our hallway, bedroom and area carpets. Carpets had stains from dogs plus normal foot traffic and they came as clean as could be expected. Grant called a couple days later after completely dried to follow up on our satisfaction. I will be calling Safari for my future carpet cleanings.

After years of having this carpet and having so many professional cleaners come, this may have been the most effective and the only carpet cleaner I'll ever have. I have 5 dogs and several cats, and no matter what I've used, the stains never go away and the smell never fades. The carpet dried in less than a day, and the smell was gone immediately after that. Grant was incredibly nice and came out twice to redo the heavier stains. There are scented and non scented cleaning solutions if anyone has a perfume allergy. The service and quality is fantastic. An absolute 5/5 10/10 wonderful

Grant at Safari Carpet Cleaning is awesome! We have used several companies over the years with our rentals and he by far does the best job. Our carpets look brand new when he is finished. He now does all of our rentals and personal residences. He is very prompt, reasonable and professional!

Grant is a one man operation and he takes his work very seriously. He pays attention when you are speaking and answers any questions you have with respect and expertise. He shows up on time and does a great job. The carpets are left wet, but not drenched like another company we have used. We reschedule our next cleaning before he leaves.
