Pool is very clean really happy with the service

Carlos is super reliable and answers very quickly. We had a leak from a pool pump and he came and fixed everything in 30 mins. He is punctual during his weekly cleanings and also does a thorough job. We are happy customers for close to 1 year now.

We definitely made the right choice hiring Carlos! Our previous pool guy was not doing a good job and our pool got green really quick after he didn’t show up to service it for almost two weeks. We called Carlos and the next day he came over and tested the water and started treating it. By the 3rd-4th day our water was clear!

Great service! Our new house was very dirty and had a strong smell from previous owner's pets but this team made everything looks so clean and the house smell so fresh now. Excellence Janitorial Services is a wonderful company, and Derrell is an exceptionally hard working person! I honestly didn't think my carpet was salvageable, but Derrell worked very hard to restore it, now it looks brand new!!! I will never use any other company again. He even left his turbo dryer to finish drying our carpet so my baby wasn't restricted to one area!! Thank You so very much. Now I don't have to be embarrassed when my mother in law arrives.

I have to say I called him on a Sunday and he was here within the hour. I recently had main line issues which caused water to back up in my downstairs bathroom. After being gone all day and the house closed up I noticed although the carpet was dried up well due to another carpet company coming out that night of the incident. I knew the first company would not come out on a Sunday. After calling numerous companies Darrell said he would be here. He also explained he would treat the padding for germs due to it being dirty water that came in contact with the carpet. He did an EXCELLENT job with care and concern as if it were his own home. I am a firm believer that things happen for a reason. The person who was meant to clean the carpet came. I can and will say he has earned my business.

Darrell did a fantastic job on our motor home carpets. Gave me a next day appt. Told me a time he would be there and that he might even be a little early. He made good on his word. Darrell even got the black mark out that one of the slides had left on the carpet. Will absolutely use again.

I called him at 8:30 in the morning with an emergency needed have two rooms and a hallway cleaned that were really dirty from somebody moving out and he showed up within 45 minutes and did an awesome job got all the stains out of the carpet and it's smelled great I would recommend him and I'm going to have him come to my other house and clean my carpets there and his prices are very reasonable. He is very friendly and professional.😀😀😀😀😀😀. VERY PLEASED...

This is a really great cleaning service! My family and I called them to clean our rental house after our tenants moved out. They worked on it for two days, cleaning out the dirt from the grout, shampooing the carpets, and even cleaned extra areas of the house. They are kind, dependable, and do a really great job! Would definitely do service with them again!
