We used Molly Maid Bakersfield for a cleaning session on 11/22/23, only to discover later that two Visa gift cards had gone missing from my dresser. The unsettling moment occurred when my husband, preparing for bed, found open Visa gift card wrappers stashed in his bathroom drawer. This incident marks the first time we've encountered such an issue in the over 6 months of using Molly Maid Bakersfield's services.

Both my husband and I dedicate ourselves to hard work in order to attain our possessions. The fact that individuals paid to provide a service within our home would steal from us evokes feelings of anger and profound violation. I initially chose Molly Maid Bakersfield based on their reputed bonding and insurance, but this experience has left me regretting that decision. Perhaps opting for a smaller, more locally oriented cleaning service—one that truly values its business and employees—would have been a wiser choice.

I am compelled to caution anyone considering Molly Maid Bakersfield's services against it. I will not endorse or recommend this company to anyone I know. This serves as a stern warning to avoid utilizing their services in the future.
