This was a very poor cleaning job. I was highly anticipating the results because Molly Maid is a household name in the cleaning industry, but I was so incredibly disappointed by the lack of care when I booked them for a move out cleaning. Although the customer service was great during scheduling and when I called with my complaint and they did take off partial payment, I would never trust them with a move out cleaning again or hire them for a monthly service. There were 3 cleaners at my house that day and they finished the cleaning within an hour, neglecting MANY of the services they claim to provide and that I paid for. They didn’t clean the toilets at all, baseboards were merely wiped with a duster, blinds weren’t even dusted on both sides, windowsills were left filthy, fans weren’t touched nor were the lights.

Molly Maid are proactive agency and what makes me place a 5 star is the communication they have. I understand the deman in them, I also understand that with the size of our house we cannot make it 100 percent micro clean. I am happy, I am satisfied of their work, and am recommending them. The cleaners are risking their lives just by cleaning, and to maintain such work while doing and making sure that we are satisfied as customers are very valuable for me.

Team #4 Claudia and Berenice came to my house today and absolutely made it sparkle and shine. I appreciate their attention to detail and suggestions I had I would definitely use Molly Maid and Team #4 again.

Molly Maids did a very good job for us, it was our first time using them after a referral. Claudia, Berenice, and Maricela arrived right on time and worked consistently while they were here. They finished in the expected time and we were very happy with our post cleaning inspection. We can highly recommend.

Team 4 from Molly Maid — Claudia and Berenice — did a very good job cleaning our house. They were professional, thorough, and paid attention to details. The home looked fresh and well taken care of after their visit.
The only downside is that the service felt a bit overpriced for the cost. Overall, I’m happy with the quality of their work, but I wish the pricing was more reasonable

Sandra’s cleaning does an amazing job every time. Never disappoints!!! They are also very flexible and affordable.

I am very happy with the service I receive from Sandra and her crew. She cleans my airbnb thoroughly, lets me know of any maintainance issues, returns my calls promptly and sends me videos once she is complete. I would reccommend her to clean your home or airbnb.
