Like everyone else, we had a great experience with this company. They were the highest rated yet lowest priced estimate to have 3 large trees removed from our property. We had had quotes near $11,500 but Empire came in at nearly half that. They completed the job in about 2 days. We were also surprised at how clean they were when they left. Thank you Erika. We had a very prompt response from Empire Tree Service. They came and removed 3 very tall 30 yr old pine trees from our side yards. The workers were happy and motivated! They had to rope and lower limb by limb, then hauled everything away. They cleaned up the whole yard afterward. Thank you ! We cannot be happier!!

Empire did a great job trimming my tree. It was very overgrown and now it looks awesome. The two guys were very friendly and cleaned up very well after the job. Thank you Empire tree service.

I asked Empire Tree Service to come back to my house this year. After discussing the rising prices to trim the palm trees every year, I decided to have them all removed. I would recoup my money in three years. Watching the team fell the trees was the best entertainment! They are total professionals. Not even a moment I thought someone/something would be hurt. The clean up was immaculate. After other bids EMPIRE was the lowest. I would 💯 percent recommend them for all your trees. Thank you Erica and Team!! I'll see you next year for the Olive tree😊

Erica came to my house in person. She is the owner of the company and was out of town when my job was bid and completed. She refunded me the cost of the tree, dealt with her employee and apologized. She assured me she would have returned to fix the tree had She been in town. She is very personable and genuine. I'll change my star value from 1 to 3 but I'll leave my comments to remind people to always check the work before paying.

I selected Empire Tree Service based on their ratings. They perform the job. However, I paid them before I noticed my tallest palm tree was left with two palm fronds bent downward. I called to have the company come back and cut them. I was told they would be back. When they didn't show up I reached out again. It was important to me because I was having a family reunion that weekend. The second time I was told it wasn't worth their time to come back for one palm frond. I said it was two, on the tallest tree and I'm 65! Thank you to my neighbor who saw my daughter and I trying to cut these fronds and did it for us. Again, lesson learned. Don't pay until every tree is checked. Shame on Empire!

Prices are fair, and their service is good. The owner (Erika) is very personable and nice. Erika es reliable and trustworthy. Just make sure you make deals directly with her. They have trimmed my trees and successfully removed unwanted and uncontrollable bamboo from my yard and they did a good job in record time. They don't come up with surprises or extra charges while doing the job like other companies do. I am thankful for their services because it's not easy to find a honest and responsible worker to do the job in these days.

I was very pleased with the recent tree removal process performed by Empire Tree Service. Two trees were removed quickly and efficiently and yard was left in very good condition. Erika is very relatable, and customer service oriented. I would highly recommend this company for any tree service needs.

These guys knocked out a pretty big job in about 4 hours, very happy with the service they provided, the crew was friendly, reasonable pricing, and they did exactly what I wanted and they showed up on time.

I have a mature yard with almost 40 trees and lots of ivy. NJ always does the best job at keeping my trees their healthiest and even in the mess of the trimming at the end of each day my yard is so clean. NJ and his crew are complete professionals!

Amazing communication, fast responses and estimate. Was able to come out two days later to remove four large trees and was the best price for a trust service!

The work was performed as expected, however I was disappointed after completion of the job. Noe said that the job took longer than he had expected and suggested I pay a little more than the agreed upon price. When I asked how long the job took, he said it took 2 hrs and 4 men to complete the job. However, my Ring alerts me when people are at my house, yard, even street. My alert went off at 12:55 pm and recorded someone (presumably Noe) saying they’d just arrived. At 12:57 pm. it recorded two men, and someone explaining what needed to be done and stated the plants I wanted transplanted were in the backyard. There were several more Ring alerts. Finally, at 1:20 pm. there was another alert of someone putting away the hose after watering the transplanted plant. At 1:22 pm I receive a text with a photo of the final job from Noe. The job took 25 minutes.

During this time video captured 2 men doing the work, and 1 supervising. There was never a 4th person.

I was disappointed that Noe lied to me in the end about the effort and time it took them to complete as a justification to suggest a higher price. This was the second time I had worked with Noe and his team and respected the work performed.

While the work was completed as we had discussed, the dishonesty was exceptionally disappointing.

I am more than willing to pay what a company asks since I respect their skill, talent and hard work. However, I don’t respect dishonesty to try and get more money from a single woman. I’m extremely disappointed in that.

The work was done, and I have no complaints about that. But I’d suggest future clients probably be home when the company does the work, agree on a concrete price, and possibly be a man. That might help. Good luck!

I had to write a review because I am amazed at how quickly and professionally these guys worked.
Crew was polite and well coordinated each knew what to do, they were cleaning as they trimmed.
They also have profesional equipment which made the process safe and fast.
I had a overgrown giant Elm, which in the past has taken hours to trim, this crew arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, asked me to voice any questions or concerns, then went on to do the palms in the backyard and the huge Elm quickly and beautifully.
Moved my plants, cleaned my pool, left the yard clean, all in less than 90 minutes.
It was exactly what I needed, great work at and affordable price. Thank you.
