I have a no soliciting sign and they still trespassed onto my property to leave materials wedged in my door right under the no soliciting sign. I don't appreciate the violation.

I Love Rancho tree service!!! I was so very happy with Jesus and his crew. They were very attentive to my specific tree trimming needs. I had 3 large trees trimmed. They have the big equipment, and the haul off and clean up was the best!! The crew were super nice and did exactly what I asked for regarding the tree trimming. They were very careful not to do any damages regarding roofs, fences, etc. They helped me save my most favorite lemon tree from falling over!!! They trimmed my favorite lemon tree so cute!! it’s all balanced out now and doing very great and thriving! Thank you for saving my lemon tree❤️!!! The prices are great too!!! I would hire them again!!!

These guys have no regard for others. Had a ton of shit and dust blown on me and my customer by these guys while they worked through a local apt complex. Another blow and go company.

We had a 70 ft pine tree in our backyard with several old stumps that were huge.
They weren't the 'cheapest' but honestly they probably were considering the first quote we got probably wouldn't do the amount of work they did and wasn't bonded or licensed like they are. We got 5 quotes and they were the best all around quality for price by FAR. They removed the tree and ground the stump within 2 days. I'd recommend them to anyone and they would be my first call on any tree removal.

I requested several quotes from several tree services to remove a large pine tree, and a VERY large ash tree from my backyard. I also had at least 10 tree stumps to remove and 5-6 bushes in the front and remove all the vegetation from the side of my pool (an entire fence length). There were roots and vines that needed to be removed from my yard as well over the entire length. I had a lot to do. The other quotes were astronomical. Rancho came in and took care of everything. Even swept my pool when they were done cutting all the bushes around it. Was it perfect? No. Had some issues with their big grinder which took a few days to sort out. Did it impact me? No. Isaac was very professional and was there every day the workers showed up. They had a tremendous amount of work to do so I don't blame them for taking 4 days to do it. I'm very happy with the service they provided.

Horrible company. They trimmed my neighbor’s tree and allowed all the branches to go over my fence and completely flatten my bushes and succulents in the planter next to the fence. When I called to rectify the situation, I was gaslit by the manager. He let me know that someone else would be calling me the following week. I have yet to receive a phone call. They also left a huge pile of branches in front of my driveway which they left there overnight. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and don’t follow through. This could have been a situation that was easily fixed, but instead they tried to blame me.

I came to give a 1 star review but it looks like I have to get in line.

These guys are lazy and rude, the were trimming a tree in my neighbor’s yard and were throwing all the branches over the fence into my yard that does not give public access in any way, it even has barbed wire on it. But they literally took the time to pick up the branches and throw them over the fence! Like a a whole tree worth!!! Meanwhile its clean on their side and around the truck, then they want to tell me they didn’t speak english!? That “no habla” S%*T doesn’t cut it. Then they want to tell me the plan to clean it, yeah? How? You can’t even gain access to the property!!!! You had NO intention in cleaning it up or you would NOT have done that amount of work to throw it over the fence in the first place, knowing there was no access to that yard.

They cut trees in our neighborhood then drove down the street dropping wood chips n shavings for at least a 1/4 mile. Leaving all the residents to deal with their mess. They didn’t trim my trees just made more work me n everyone else not involved.

Super unethical and no company pride. Our neighbors decided without our notification to have our shared property line tree to be cut. They chopped HALF the tree friends!!! That’s right, HALF the tree. All the way to the trunk. We called this company and told them what happened and we were shocked when the guy Jesus laughed in my wife’s face and continued to mock her after she got upset with him for laughing. And no, they refused to fix it unless we pay them. No company pride whatsoever!!! Who the Heck cuts HALF a tree?!!!!!

Where do I start they left a branch destroy my tree. Then tried to con me into just fixing it they way they wanted to. Penal code states “original state” zip ties and 1x2 ain’t fixing bent metal and bamboo destroyed. I didn’t have the best fence but it wasn’t destroyed. It literally cost like $160 for the supplies and they are fighting tooth and nail to not give it up. They act like it’s redwood!!! And then you call to talk to manager he runs you around for 2 days then ask for owner and no where to be found or they didn’t want to get him involved!!! This place sucks only way I’m changing my review is if things turn around

These guys did an excellent job. From the initial consultation with Alex Rosales to the office scheduling, and tree removers it was very easy. They were all very nice and let me know what would be done. They had good communication on timing to be sure we knew when to expect them. It took less than 2 hours. Also, their rates are comparable to anyone else doing the same services. Very happy with this company.

Super unprofessional labors. I moved my truck camper from an easement beside my driveway so they could have access to a tree to trim for SDGE. Then they proceeded to take up my entire drive way, and helped themselves to my fruit trees in a fenced in part of my yard no where near the easement. After confronting one of their guys about it he laughed, peeled and threw the rind in my yard. No apology, no asking to pick my trees just straight disrespect.. During clean up instead of picking up small debris they just blew it into a corner of my driveway even tho they obviously have a truck for trimming and I had green cans on the driveway; which they actually moved in front of a gate and didn’t put back. Yes these are small things but I won’t stand for entitled help and won’t be so generous in providing easy access to my private driveway for these guys again, let alone recommend them for anything.

Please dont waist you're time applying to this company husband and wife owned. I dont know much about the local employees but if you fill out an application with Mario to go out of town you will not get what he says and while he and his 2 top guys stay in the nice hotel room he will try to put as many people in a room he can and expect you to sleep on the floors you wont get the amount of per diem your supposed to ect.if your a driver he will tell you good things to get you up their then bam try to send you to another company to apply so he can be finished with you. They pay 25 dollars instead of 30 which isn't bad but no per diem no way up to where they are 5 hrs up north no hotel..you do the math .just not worth your time..4 of us came right back after a couple days of dealing with him.to bad I was looking forward to running the grapple truck up their.
