They are great. They trimmed 12 of my 35 trees in 30 mph winds. The clean-up was impressive

The crew removed a tree that we lost in the storm, and trimmed 2 near the pool, one of which would have blocked the solar panels this season. They took out the downed tree, ground down the stump, and cleared out all the mess. They arrived on time, were courteous and clean. We would definitely use them again!

They removed all the mistletoe and dead branches from 5 of my huge oak trees. They did everything they said they would do, on time and efficiently including removal of all the debris. They have the manpower and equipment for everything needed. Best experience ever.

General Tree was amazing..Came in with a whole Crew and cut down a huge tree in our front yard..within 4 hours tree was completely down stumps and all, they even watered everything down and cleaned everything up!!!...and...a new tree was planted!!..it looks beautiful!!!

General Tree Service is top notch! Full crew came on time and ready to work. Full job was completed timely and professionally. I've had "the other guys" come out before and butcher my Chinese Elm's. But, not GTS. These guys did an amazing job, they were fast, but also took the necessary time to sculpt the tree and make it healthy. Price was very fair for the service they provided. No mess after. Highly recommend. Great service, professional, reasonably priced, they clean up well after the job and courteous. We have three very large, older trees and wouldn’t trust anyone else with trimming them.

You can tell they are experienced, as they worked safely and efficiently, leaving everything clean after finishing the job. This was the best price there was out there. I had 4 companies come give me quotes. The job was phenomenal. No complaints. They did in one day what other companies told me in three days. Highly recommended it very professional. Amazing. Just WOW!!!

I did not personally have work done by them but I did watch them use the roof and driveway of a house for sale that they did not have permission to use. They brought down branches and limbs on the roof, used a chain saw on the roof. Gave themselves access to the back yard and used the drive way to dump all limbs, branches and logs. Then winched the whole pile across the driveway causing lots of divets and scraps. Very visable damage. I know they had no permission because once they found nobody was living in it they immediately started using the roof and driveway. On top of all they they were rude to me and pushy about a free estimate and ridiculed the company I had used. Extremely unprofessional.

This is the second time we have used Advanced Tree Service and they are great!! Their price is very reasonable and they are efficient and fast and do a great job clearing away all the tree limbs.

We called ATC today because we got our drone stuck up in our tree. Fortunately, they were able to come out the same day, and climb up our tree to retrieve the drone! We are so grateful for their friendly and professional service.

This may seem odd, but this review is coming from Seattle WA.
I received a phone call at 6:30 am on Friday June 28th from my 80 year old mom who lives in Bakersfield. She's very upset because overnight her 40+ year old Apricot tree was leaning over bracing itself on her back fence. Now mind you yes my mom is 80 years young, and I only pray that I have her health, endurance and energy when I'm her age. She lives alone takes care of her yard herself including weeding, watering, treetrimimng, picking fruit I could go on and on! The evening before she was out picking Apricots so when she came out in the morning imagine her shock! And to make matters worse the tree has sentimental value as her mother planted the tree. I tried to reassure her and then got on the internet to search for tree service. This is Friday and my mom is leaving on Sunday to come to Seattle for our annual family 4th of July celebration. I search the internet and find Advanced Tree Care. Contacted my mom with there phone number. In steps Maria, who was professional, pleasant and reassuring that she would have Jose' call her and he could come today to look at it and give her an estimate. Relief sets in, Jose' showed up late afternoon to evaluate the situation as much as she wanted to save the tree that was not going to happen!
He gave her in my opinion a Fabulous price and set a time to come back the next morning for the tree removal, for Jose' it was no problem doing a Saturday appointment! The next morning comes and in 1 hour and 20 minutes Jose' and his coworker had the job done cleaned up and on his way ! He and Maria treated my mom with respect and gave her a great price and a senior discount. This day and age many seniors get taken advantage of sad but true! Advanced Tree Care treats are seniors right ! I would highly recommend this company and and will be using Jose' again in the near future for more work at mom's place ! They deserve a 6 star rating!
