Vince was responsive to our problem. He evaluated it, provided a recommendation to address the problem, and then promptly got to work on it. He did a good job and showed me what the issues were.

Fixed my water heater. The thermostat went out. I stood by being nosy and he didn't mind and was very informative and answered all my questions. Will definitely recommend and use again. He gave a 3 year labor warranty which I think is great.
