Alex and his crew were very professional, clean and did a great jobs on my roof and gutters.

Alex from Zenith Roofers helped us out last year, when our insurance company asked for a quick roof inspection and repair. I highly recommend working with him - he was very responsive, did the inspection and the repair work quickly, at a reasonable price. He provided all the information the insurance company required, so overall it was a very good experience.

They respond quickly and take responsibility for correcting the mistakes they made. However, if they could do things right in the first place, I would not need to pay the extra fee.

I called them to fix a minor leak in a flat roof.
Alex said the price would be $250 if it is a minor fix under 1 hr.
Alex came and said he needs to apply some sealant.
Said he will send estimate. Then sent me an estimate for $750.
When I asked why- he said the sealant costs $200.
$200 to seal an area under 3 sq. ft.???
This is completely ridiculous.
Typical bait and switch. Not a great business practice.

Zenith Roofers originally came out to fix a leaking tile roof in a storage shed and add-on room, both connected to my house. The problem (tile seams) was fixed and no more leaking! At the same time, Alex did an assessment of my main roof and discovered that my 40+ year-old roof had no underlayments, thus allowing heat to escape and cold to come in. Zenith Roofers did an excellent job installing the required material. This update to my roof has resulted in a warmer house and ensured that there would be no leaks. In addition my old and leaking gutters and rotten fascia boards were replaced and painted. Besides the great roof work, I am totally impressed with the customer service of Alex and his crew.

Alex and his crew from Zenith Roofers did a great job installing my new roof. He was great keeping in contact with me all through the process and his crew cleaned up each day before they left . His father was so nice as when he and their crew were working on installing a new roof next door they noticed that many of my roof tiles had blown off during the terrible wind storms in early March and he took pictures of my roof and texted them to me so I could show them to my insurance company then he and two of their came back on a Saturday to install plastic on my roof so the rain wouldn’t cause any damage. This was all before I even asked Alex to give me a quote to replace my roof. Alex and his crew at Zenith Roofers earned a five star rating from me as they went above and beyond giving good service and doing a great job!
