The airflow problem I had been ignoring finally disappeared. The technician was polite, careful, and clearly experienced. The vents were cleaned deeply, and the difference was noticeable the same day.

They rely on their good reputation to ensure they get repeat customers. And it has worked for us. We have taken all of our beautiful rugs to them for over 15 years.

Rug masters did an amazing job. We had a white wool rug that an entire cup of coffee got spilled on it. They were able to completely remove the stain and restore it to like new.

Jay's service is fantastic! He was flexible and always prompt and reliable in scheduling and picking up and delivering the rugs, and a pleasure to do business with. Best of all, the rugs are beautiful, all the little stains (wine etc) removed, and shining brightly. Would definitely recommend.

Best rug cleaning service ever! I have some pretty expensive rugs that are very sensitive to cleaning chemicals and rug masters is able to clean my rugs and bring them back to brand new!! Will continue using them for as long as they are in business!!!

Rug Masters did an excellent job of cleaning and drying our oriental rug which had been in a flooded basement. Not only that, in the process we learned a lot about the origin and age of this rug that has been in the family for generations. I recommend them highly.

I have a beautiful area rug that hadn't been cleaned in years. I was moving so knew this was the perfect time to get it done!! i was able to coordinate a pick up at my former residence, a thorough (and perfectly done) cleaning and re-taping, and delivery to my new residence. They were willing to work around the delivery date, pausing until I had enough moving boxes out of the way. They were professional and I would highly recommend!!

Rug. Masters was a very good business to connect with. They came promptly to pick up our carpet, cleaned it, and delivered it for a reasonable price. He was also very helpful in evaluating my six smaller rugs that I am thinking of selling.

Had a badly pet soiled rug. They took our rug, kept it for nearly a month. We’re so conscientious they wanted to wash it a second time to get it right. They were very easy to work with and put in extra effort.

A+ experience with Rug Master. I had 2 neglected antique carpets from my grandmother that needed cleaning and extensive repair. I also included my kitchen rug for cleaning. Jay and team did an amazing job. He send videos of the repairs that I am sharing with my cousins. The quality of the work and warm professionalism are very much appreciated.

Fantastic service! I had three rugs cleaned and the service was prompt and very friendly. They picked up my rugs at my home and delivered them to me very quickly. I cannot believe how beautiful they all look. They are brighter, clean, the fibers are raised up and they smell fresh and clean. Rug Masters did a fantastic job! I highly recommend them!!
