I used Crib Buddy a year and a half ago for my son's rental house. I needed them again after he moved and didn't hesitate to book with them. They are prompt, efficient and professional.

Hired for a move out clean. Arrived within specified timeframe. Very sweet, pleasant people. Building manager reported unit was "spotless" after they left. No complaints. Recommend. Would use again if I was staying in area.

Given the reviews, I was surprised at the poor quality I experienced from this service. Person showed up with a vacuum cleaner, 1 bottle of cleaning stuff, and a rag or 2. No mops or any cleaning stuff for different types of surfaces and they seemed to not actually know different surfaces require different cleaning methods. I spent the 1/2 hour after they left with hand vacuum going after crumbs and such under table, cleaning off residue in floor corners not “addressed”, etc. When I spotted them cleaning a cutting board/butcher block surface with their single bottle of amonia based cleaner and about to use same to clean finished hardwood floor, I knew something might be up with this service.

For $229, my experience has been most cleaners do a much better and more knowledge-based …job AND I don’t have to provide a mop, etc. Even the wet mop (wrong mop for hardwood floor anyway) was just leaned up against wall afterwards having apparently not been squeezed dry resulting in it pulling suction hook loose that it normally hangs on.

All in all… never again. Given what I have paid before for non-deep house cleaning and what I got here, hell no; nope. And I definitely might ask more questions re all of the existing alleged high marks here…

The clincher, the co. did not even consider contacting me to ask how they might redeem themselves given they knew I was definitely ‘not pleased’ …and given I was a new customer, wow! The response in general was essentially ‘oh well…’. In other words, ‘we don’t give a d…’

UPDATE: After a week of MD visits re an unexplained very severe rash and inflammation, it appears that the cleaner may have used a facecloth hanging on bathroom sink (used for washing face) to clean a surface (using the aforementioned cleaning fluid). The nightmarish aftermath of this experience got even worse.

Given the bulk of reviews here being so ‘bright and shiny’ (and the response of this company which appears to be robotic and completely oblivious to how bad an experience this was — I mean I am still getting requests that I tip the cleaner and solicitations to hire them again), I truly believe this business may be a cover for something more nefarious. In fact, I just learned it is possible to buy Google reviews so…might be helpful for readers to consider ALL OF THIS when ANY business found using Google reviews seems to display almost all 4-5 star reviews; it’s unrealistic for a reason😉

Lawana is a gem of a person and excellent at cleaning as well! She is a pleasure to be around; is incredibly thorough, timely, thoughtful and left my house in great shape! Don’t hesitate to request Lawana when you need help with cleaning. I just hope that she is available for us next time :-)

We have had Mop Riders cleaners in two houses, one we owned before we moved out to the state and this one now that we're back in the area. We have always relied on their professionalism. The new cleaners we have are fabulous: very very good at knowing what to clean and how to do it. My husband and I would recommend Mop Riders to anyone - and in fact, I just did exactly that when a friend in Berkeley asked me for a recommendation.

So easy and quick to schedule and had availability on very short notice. The cleaning was for an apartment move-in and the cleaners were incredibly thorough with the deep clean and even stayed an hour longer than was allocated at no charge to make sure they got everything done. They also brought all of their own supplies, which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend!

Scheduling with Crib Buddies was easy and convenient, and the cost was reasonable. Once the maids came to my house, they were professional, efficient, and did an INCREDIBLE job. Every surface of my house is now spotless! I will definitely be using this service again!

Used this service to turn over multiple units in my apartment complex. They promised 2 hours with 2 cleaners per unit. Over half of the units they cleaned we had to reimburse the new tenants because the units were so badly cleaned. These units are 600-700 sq. feet and not sure over the course of two hours would you not clean the stove top, under the sinks or the countertops that still had grease on them. Took a shot with them and unfortunately the service was horrible. Definitely would not recommend this service to anyone as I feel like I was scammed.

Maria and Tamara were on time, came with supplies and equipment. Explained what was needed to be done the ladies went to work, didn't waste time, and did a terrific job.This is the first time I used a cleaning company, but would definitely use Crib Buddy Maids again. Request Maria and Tamara they are a great team.

I had a great experience with Crib Buddy, especially from Carmen. She did a deep clean of my apartment very efficiently and thoroughly.

I hired Crib Buddies to clean a one bedroom apartment after a tenant move-out. The kitchen and bathrooms looked much better after the cleaning, especially the gas range and the bathtub. I recommend their service, as the price and quality are both top notch.

I was skeptical about hiring Mop Riders because of cleaning service I got from a different place of business. But from the very first conversation with Mop Riders, I felt reassured. Mop Riders was easy to talk to, and the cleaning crew was just as easy to talk to.
They entered my home with the utmost respect; went right to work - being thoughtful, safe and courteous.
2 hours later-I felt too dirty to come into my own home because it was so clean. Days later, it’s still clean - it sparkles and lingers with a clean scent. Mop Riders I will see you again soon! Thank you for providing high quality professional service.

The ladies were great workers, very thorough. I believe they had to spend a lot of time on the blinds and shelves because of dust that had not been done in years!! 😫 The whole experience made ME feel so much better and I thank them for that! You have one happy customer, see you next time! 😉

They did an amazing job, I was very pleased!! My issue was they were late but I wasn’t aware they have a window of one hour and the ladies made up for being late, they killed it!! I’ve referred you all to my co-worker and I’m thinking of using your service once a month at my new location.

My experience of your maid service is all positive. She made sure to make the oven sparkle using a variety of liquids including Dawn. She made it gleaming like new. We vacuumed using my vacuum with attachments and she got the corners clean. She used a Swiffer dust mop on my bedroom window sills. We used Simple Green ecologically sound floor liquid and my mop to make the floors clean and polished. Thank you, thank goodness for you Crib Buddy!!

My appreciation of my maid’s stellar floor cleaning abilities just increased. She likes to use my vacuum cleaner and it’s attachments to get into dusty corners and cleaning behind boxes. She also dusts window sills and and tops of drawers she encounters. She is cordial and accepts compliments. I feel grateful and great after teaming up with her. The floor has a nice finish from the wonderful mopping she did. Thank you!

My provider is excellent at getting everything really clean. The floors are refreshing to see after she uses the vacuum and mop. I have about an hour and a half’s working with her, so after the sparkly floors we went to the kitchen, where she cleaned (very thoroughly) the sink and countertops. Thank you!

Lawana brings good cheer into my apartment but is totally focused on making my floors shine and be beautiful. I like the fact that we work together and she takes some instructions from me. My space looks wonderful for the next two weeks. For which the company gives me a frequency discount of 23 dollars. Thank you Crib Buddy!

Today Lawana said she had extra energy to do her work. She also converses well in her work. She uses the twist mop and says her family also likes the Simple Green floor liquid I use. It’s ecological and she really likes the scent. Once again Lawana worked very hard. We cleaned a desk I have with Pledge and Windex. Thank you Crib Buddy!

Lawana was so cheerful today that I didn’t want to say goodbye today. She appreciates being compatible. We move my carts and plastic furniture around and she does a really thorough vacuuming and then a beautiful job mopping with the liquid cleaner she always praises. Thank you Lawana and Crib Buddy.

Lawana makes everything sparkle and has a sparkling smile and personality. I have no big furniture except the bed on wheels. We move things out of the way together for the vacuuming and mopping. We also cleared off a desk of mine and used Windex on the glass top and Pledge on the wood. These two activities make my spirits lift. I went outside for a walk in the sunshine afterwards. My house keeper was again very thorough and I’m sorry it was so hot that we only cleaned the floors and no dusting. But I had to make sure Lawana didn’t get too hot. I was lucky to have Lawana today. She was so very cheerful and helpful during a dusting and vacuuming of a corner of my bedroom, including books, sacred art and plastic storage dressers. We finished it after I had been wanting to clean, both of us working on it together. Thank you! She also cleaned the floors in my apartment.

My provider, Lawana, knows a lot about customer service and conversation. She also works very hard and fast, doing the floors beautifully in less than an hour. Today we talked about Christmas and our plans for it. And nonetheless the floors came out shiny, spotless and super clean. Thank you, my housekeeper Lawana.

I requested a moving-related cleaning on short notice they did not disappoint. I was impressed and very satisfied with the quality of the work, as well as the cleaners’ efficiency. The only thing is that they missed a few surfaces in the kitchen, which I had to clean later, but overall it does not detract from my rating.
