Everyone was great to work with. Mira was wonderful getting me set up for service and Jasmine and Maricruz were delightful and made my house beautiful. It was a real mess and they did a great job restoring it back to a great apartment for the next lucky renter. Thanks so much to you all.

Mop Riders did an amazing job on my move out cleaning. It did take longer than expected due to the size of the place but they kept me informed the whole time and were super sweet. The place looked so much better and smelled amazing once they finished. I am so thrilled with the effort they put in and the job they did. I'm totally going to call on them again for a cleaning of my new place!

I don't even know where to start with how impressed I am. Booking a time and day was a breeze, staff was SO friendly and understanding and they did an AMAZING job at cleaning my house.

They literally went above and beyond to clean everything. My house smells clean, my house LOOKS clean and it was a very positive experience.

I requested the services that their company offers since I needed professional cleaning done upon moving out of my house. I was stressed about making sure the house was clean with my departure, and I could not have fathomed doing it myself being 9 months pregnant, but they exceeded my expectations and made it very easy to schedule/reschedule, communicate (very kind person always answering the phone and following up), and once it was time for the cleaning, they (Cinthia and Tamara) got the job done very quickly and they did it VERY well- not to mention that they are affordable compared to other Bay Area companies. If I need services in my new home I will definitely be using them.

The maids are pretty solid, Maria double checked with me to make sure all I wanted was my kitchen and bathroom cleaned and mopped the floor before she went.

I had Cinthia and Tamara. I was able to book them last minute. They were both excellent. I only wish I would’ve gotten a call once they realized they needed extra time. I was told after that they stayed 30 minutes extra and so I needed to pay more. Regardless, their work was excellent. Apparently they ran out of time so the deep clean unfortunately didn’t include my refrigerator :( but I’ll probably hire them again for another round in 2 weeks and maybe there will be less cleaning the second time.

Maria and Tamara were my technicians. They were nice, professional and competent. They cleaned the house the way we asked them and they did a great job.

UPDATED: Unethical Conduct and Extremely Disappointing Management

I’m updating this review to warn others about my experience with CribBuddy, whose cleaning staff stole more than $20,000 worth of personal belongings from my home during a scheduled service. This included bags, jewelry, clothing — also just small family items of immense sentimental value that can never be replaced.

I communicated with the company after reporting to the police and gave them every opportunity to address the issue — but they completely ignored me after saying they couldn’t reach the staff. Not a single email, phone call, or apology.

This is morally reprehensible and goes far beyond bad service. This company shows no accountability for a dangerous crime committed on its customers and clearly has no legally required record keeping or safeguard for when something goes wrong when performing their service - how could you trust them to go into your home?

I strongly urge you to stay as far away as you can. Your home and your peace of mind are worth more than this.

It was a wonderful first cleaning experience - the condo is dust-free and very organized. Even though it is kind of difficult navigating to get upstairs to my place, they handled the logistics patiently and were very helpful. The ladies were courteous, diligent, and very sweet to the fur babies. I didn’t specifically look at the products they used for the requested green cleaning but there was zero harsh chemical smell. I am very happy with the results and look forward to having them here for biweekly service.

I absolutely loved my cleaners. They worked very quickly and did an exceptional job of leaving the space clean. I loved how they even cleared up space on my couch and took out the trash/recycling for me which was a nice surprise.

I definitely plan to have them over again on a regular basis!

I was very impressed by how efficiently the two work to complete a deep clean on my kitchen, which has needed it for years. They were very friendly. Not only did they clean, but they thoughtfully arranged and organized appliances and clutter. At first I was surprised, but I have already grown to enjoy the arrangements practicality. The team was quite late, but the company gave me advanced notice of this.

Would book with them again! I’ve had the pleasure of having Cinthia and Tamara as the cleaning professionals and they were fantastic. Fast, efficient, and everywhere looked great! The two of them took a little over an hour to nicely clean my 1 bedroom apartment, and they clean whatever you like. Fair prices and flexible schedule. I booked the appointment with Melissa over the phone who was very kind and helpful. She was able to get me a last minute appointment right before my big party. I’d recommend this company to anyone!

They did an amazing job cleaning the refrigerator and oven/stovetop! The walls were not cleaned, but all the actually dirty stuff that I didn’t want to deal with was cleaned pretty thoroughly. They brought all their own supplies, and weren’t too bothered with my moving out while they were cleaning.

Very satisfied with their service. Will order schedule again.

We hire them for our kids off campus apartment cleaning. They did a good job and perform a through cleaning of all the assign ares. Overall a very satisfactory job.

Traci did a fantastic job and really deserved all 5 stars rating. Very nice and perform thorough cleaning every time. She will do everything to make sure every corner is clean and shine like new. We are very happy with her service and recommend her for her outstanding job.

I had Cinthia & Tamara from Crib Buddy Maids clean my place a week ago and they did a great job. They arrived on time, cleaned my kitchen and bathroom, and mopped floors with great attention to detail. I would love to (and plan to) have them again. 5 stars.

However, my review is 4 stars because of the other cleaners I've had from Crib Buddy Maids in the past few months. They did a decent job, but did leave some small areas uncleaned in my sink and shower. This would not be an issue if the service was cheaper, but for the cost, I my expectations were not fully met. Still, I like the service overall and will continue to use it.

Great move-out cleaning service, did a great job and got my deposit returned in full. Tam got stains off the wall, grease off the oven, cleaned the fridge and freezer, and made the tub sparkling. Took note of details and suggestions for me and kept a smile on her face as she worked, which is nice touch when you’re stressed about moving! Thank you.

Hired for a move-out cleaning. Our cleaner (Jeanette) arrived on time and did a great job. We were a bit concerned given the heavy layer of grease around the cooking area so we told her not to worry if she needed extra time to complete the job but she got it done great within the original apppintment time. We are happy with the service, and will definitely use it again in the future when/if needed!

It was okay. I wish she didn’t need to use my vacuum cleaner because it’s basically broken. And she didn’t have the tools to scrub soap scum off my bathroom walls but the last service I used, they were able to get it off with no problem. Then I was charged $25 extra for her cleaning cat hair off my bathroom counter (which can be wiped right off) but no discount for using my broken vacuum cleaner which is my “supplies”. It was a completely different service from the last time I ordered service from them so I probably won’t use this company again since it varies vastly on what the contractor/maid is able to do and what supplies they bring

Excellent service from the initial phone call through the end. The staff is all very helpful and friendly and Carmen showed up for a super last minute move out cleaning and did an amazing job. Will definitely use them again for any future house cleaning needs.
