Juan and his team were prompt and worked steadily for hours to ensure that our house is sealed up and rat resistant. Juan took me everywhere they worked so I could see everything they did. His team hauled away a junk we found while cleaning out our basement and shed for them to seal. I’m very pleased with Alley Cat and will recommend them to anyone needing to exterminate.

The 4-person team from AlleyCat just completed their work. The workers were very thorough, closing off a number of holes in the interior and exterior of the house with wire mesh. They vacuumed the droppings in the kitchen cabinets and in the crawl space, taking photos as they went along. I spoke with the foreman to get progress reports as he went along. I would say the work of the team was very thorough. If one aspect of the project could be improved, I would suggest better communication between the initial inspector and the client. I had to leave multiple voice messages over the course of 2 weeks before he called me back to answer some questions I had about his report. Once I spoke with him he was very informative and responsive & I was reassured. All in all, a very positive experience so far with Alleycat. I will update this review to report on their follow up.
