Great communication—carefully identified what needed to be done and did it. At conclusion, the foreman, Anibal, reviewed their findings and their approach to address the rat ingress issue. Their photos helped us understand their observations and actions taken. We felt that the price was justified given the high level of service, their professionalism, and the likely outcome—creating a difficult environment for the rats.

Jelder and the Alley Cat team were great. Scheduling and project execution including the clean up were fantastic. The quality service and proactive communication was excellent. I highly recommend Alley Cat for your pest control needs.

Dante did a great job closing up entry points that a mouse had found. Very professional, helpful and thorough. The service was within our warranty from 3 years ago.

Eric was amazing. He walked around the perimeter slowly like everybody else, but he immediately spotted two big holes underneath the sidewalk that led into our crawlspace. He fixed those holes to my knowledge expertly. I have suffered with these rats for close to a year now and I feel like this might be the answer that no one else could seem to find. We won’t know for a little while if this is actually the answer But it’s the best effort in about nine months.

Juan came by yesterday and did a full clean of our crawlspaces and sealed all openings. He was professional and friendly and explained everything and showed pictures. He and his team worked hard with limited access issues with a good attitude. I was really happy with the process. Time will tell about how effective it is, but it’s been a good experience so far.

Dante is knowledgeable and showed us where the sneaky mice and rats were getting into the garage. He is professional and polite. We had a great experience working with him.

We used Alley Cat six years ago before we began remodeling our “new” old house because we had a terrible rat problem and the contractor would not start work until it was taken care of. The thorough work Alley Cat did then has kept our house rodent free ever since. When we found a new rat infestation in our outdoor garden shed, Alley Cat came again and inspected everything for free to be sure our house had not been invaded too (it had not). We then hired them to treat the shed. Dante came and cleaned and disinfected everything in the shed and was wonderful to work with. We know that it is safe to use the shed now, and because they cleared the scent that would continue to attract rats, we know that we have a fresh start in the shed and we won’t be inhaling rat droppings when we use it. We also will not be storing fertilizers there anymore since that was the food they were drawn to. I know the process they provide is not cheap, but by cleaning and disinfecting rather than just setting and emptying trap after trap, it is so much more effective and efficient way to truly rid your property of a really nasty and smelly pest taking up residence there. We highly recommend Alley Cat—they are the real thing and they provide excellent and quality service.

I was honestly in shock and was devastated when I discovered we had a rat infestation. Miro was amazing - incredibly helpful, considerate, very professional and friendly. He explained everything clearly and put together a smart, detailed plan that made the whole situation feel manageable. I was concerned if the chemicals that are used for the sanitation are safe for my pet, and Miro, as a big dog lover addressed all my questions. Totally thorough. Totally professional. They are a real pleasure to work with. We had a different company out last year and their work was incomplete and ineffective. Alley Cat guarantees their work for a year, and what they did to deal with our rodent problem was leaps and bounds more thorough and complete than the jokers we used last year. Technician arrived on time, covered things so they didn’t get dirty, and worked efficiently. Very clear explanation and very courteous. This is our second time using them and we recommend them to anyone!

Jose, the technician was helpful. He gave us a call/text to let us know either he was still working with other client or whenever he was on his way. He also was very thorough !

This visit was a follow-up to the original service (rodent proofing), and the technician, Melvin, did a thorough inspection. He looked at the traps (not one of which had been tripped), took multiple photos, and looked carefully for signs of the critters that had been the cause for the original call. This inspection was part of the initial cost, and Melvin was sure to explain that I could arrange for another free inspection as well as any subsequent calls under Alley Cat’s warranty. I am a happy customer.
