I found Zuta through the Angi website/app. I was very nervous about contacting an unknown 3rd-party appliance repair service so I tried using Angi for the first time since they verify license & proof of liability insurance & do a background check. I started chatting with Alex via the Angi app and he was very responsive. Initially I thought our compressor had failed on our 15 year old frig since it had stopped cooling & freezing. That would have required us to buy a new frig because the repair cost would have been so expensive. But Alex suspected that it was the starter relay based on my description of more details of the issues before the frig stopped working. And he was right! He came to my house the next day & replaced the part & boom, it works beautifully! I would highly recommend Alex & Zuta. Alex was professional, respectful, efficient, and friendly and saved me the cost and hassle of replacing the frig at Thanksgiving time!

Our Viking oven broke 10 days after our home warranty expired, exasperated, I called Zuta based on all the excellent reviews and I'm happy to report that they lived up to the hype! I called and someone picked up a immediately and had me scheduled for a two hour window within a few days.

Mark and Larry arrived on time and were very thorough. Unfortunately for us, it wasn't a cheap fix (we need to replace two parts) but they had the required parts on hand and even showed me how to care for our 10-15 year old stove so it could make it to 25 years. Mark came to save the day by fixing our dryer. I had Stanley Steamer come out but they broke my dryer and it was making a loud and shaking noise. Mark came and discovered the issue and within 15 minutes the dryer was fixed again. My dryer is quiet again - thank you!

Used them for two separate rental properties. Oven at one location and combo washer/dryer at another. Oven no problem. The combo/washer dryer presented challenges. Calls to manufacturer didnt yield any results even with the part they told us to order. In the end they refunded my money and absorbed the cost of the parts. This was the right and fair thing to do so I will continue to use them for that reason.
