I'm the property manager of a 4 story apartment complex in Beverly Hills. This is the second time we've used LA Elite Window Cleaning to wash all exterior windows and powerwash the driveways of our garages. It's been an excellent experience from start to finish. A crew of roughly 8 technicians were able to complete the job in one day and all tenants were super happy! Superb service!

I live in an apartment, there are some weird angles for my windows, but Harrison and Spencer were so amazing with everything. They were on time, responsible, adaptable, and fixed all of our issues on site. We came in unaware of some potential conflicts and they solved each problem with ease and finessed everything just as we’d like. 11/10 service. And they were so delightful!

They were very easy to work with, accommodating all our needs and even changes last minute it was such a pleasure to have such a quick response to all of our questions. The day when the work was scheduled, they were on time. Stanley the lead technician was super friendly and took the time to go over the details and their work was exceptional. We can't wait to have them back at the museum.

Mark and the on-site team did a good job explaining all the services and being honest about services that might not yield an expected result. Once confirmed, they were quick to getting to work on our windows. Crew were all very polite, considerate in taking off shoes or wearing booties, and did a great job.

There were some hiccups coordinating with the office team b/c we were a group of residents in a small neighborhood. Not as communicative over email as over the phone, which can be tricky when working with a group. Wish they had an info-sheet to share with what to expect, how to prep etc.
Overall, they were accommodating and fit in all of our group’s needs.

Just had the best experience with Mark from LA Elite! I had a previous window cleaning company and the job was so poorly done that I was hesitant to hire anyone new. Mark & Leon were so easy to deal with, left my windows sparkling and clear, and were very well priced. I normally don't leave Yelp reviews, but this was such a good experience all around I felt the need to thank Mark & Leon publicly for their great service!!!

Super happy with the service from Elite Window Cleaning. Mark showed up on time, explained the process, and even asked if there were any leaky spots he should look out for. He was very courteous and respectful of my house. My windows look beautiful! I’ll definitely be giving them a call to pressure wash my patio and vinyl fence.

I hired L.A. Elite Window Cleaning last week to clean my 3 story house in Beverly Hills. The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job on my windows and screens. I have a lot of old, french windows and I appreciated the detailing the guys did, because I know how hard it is to clean them. I recommend their service and will use them again.

The guys at Elite Windows are awesome! I called in for a quote over the phone and was greeted with a friendly and very helpful representative. I wanted to gift my mom something useful for her birthday and thought I would have some trouble with scheduling since I was unsure about what kind of windows she had or even how bad they were. They took the time to explain things and gave me a fair quote over the phone.

The guy gave us a call to see if he could come early since he finished a previous job sooner and I really appreciate that because he didn't just show up and ruin the surprise for my mom. He worked quickly on the windows with complete ease and offered to pressure wash the drive way and pool as well for an additional fee. All in all, I paid about $950 for all the windows inside and out, pressure washing, and gutters. It took about 4 hours and my mom came home and saw an amazing difference. Definitely recommending these guys to everyone in the neighborhood.
