I hired L.A. Elite Window Cleaning for pressure washing my house in Beverly Hills. They showed up on time with a crew of 5 people. They seemed very organized and professional making sure all my plants and furniture were protected before they started the work. Their price was more than fair and I'm really happy with their work!

L.A. Elite Window Cleaning was super friendly, quick to respond with a quote and were able to come out relatively soon after contacting. They did a great job getting my skylights, and hand washing all the window screens. I have used twice, and will use them again.

We hired LA Elite Window Cleaning to clean our skylight and windows and they did a fabulous job. They quickly responded to my inquiry and booking the service was easy. The technicians were extremely courteous, thorough, and detail-oriented. I would highly recommend their services and will be using them for all my future window cleaning needs.

We hired Elite Window Cleaning do wash the windows of our 2 story home in Brentwood earlier this week. Setting up an appointment was super easy and pleasant and the crew did a fantastic job! They were respectful around my house, cleaned up after themselves and were great with my dogs, which was an extra bonus. I'll surely hire them again and will recommend them to all my neighbors! My wife hired these guys in early May to wash the windows of our West Hollywood townhouse. We've since used them again and their service is great! Professional, detail oriented and competitive pricing. I liked that they took off their shoes before entering the house, and they were overall very careful with our belongings when cleaning our interior windows. Our windows look amazing and I'll hire them again soon!

Wow. I couldn’t be more pleased with LA Elite Window Cleaning. From the initial outreach & responsiveness to estimate & scheduling to onsite & cleaning -- it was all great. Stanley & Brandon were right on time, in fact they were a few minutes early, and finished all of my windows including the solar panels in an hours time. Everything looks sooooo clean. Really happy with the 2-man team of Leon and Mark. They showed up early, were very cordial, listened intently, and did a splendid job. We were also very happy with the speed with which they performed the service. They cleaned 2 large patios, and a 5 regular / large windows very quickly. We'll definitely be using LA Elite again. First, scheduling my appointment with L.A. Elite was easy because they quickly responded to my request! The technician, Spencer, arrived on time and gave me an estimate for the job. Once I gave him the go ahead, he and a partner completed both the power wash of my backyard patio and cleaning of all exterior windows and screens in an hour. The result is excellent! I’m very happy to recommend L.A. Elite! They are friendly, efficient and value priced!

They left streaks and debris on multiple windows. They rushed through the job.
We are most dissatisfied.
Later Stanley Belknap came and did a superb cleaning job.

Update I received an update and follow up to my initial poor review which I was very pleased with. The crew that came out initially returned and we discussed the problems I found and I learned that some of what i found was due to poor window seals and hardwater stains. They discussed their approach and techniques and what yo expect which due to appointment and other circumstances were not addressed. I found their approach reasonable and they remediated a few areas that needed it. Some of the problem had to do with unclean inside windows which we decided to schedule a time for next week. The crew was friendly accomodating and personable. Once we get indoor and outdoor windows done we should have a clearer perspective
Will keep you updated was thankful for yhe professionalism of their follow up and look forward to seeing new results!

We were incredibly happy with the service from LA Elite. They cleaned the outside windows of our house, and did a (literally) spotless job. Mark was very professional and kept in great contact throughout the process to give me regular updates and to send me a photo once everything was done.

The first day we had an appointment set up it was 110 degrees outside, and we had to reschedule as the quality of the cleaning would be lowered. He was incredibly apologetic, which was totally unnecessary but appreciated.

We're definitely going to go back to them for further cleaning as they did such a great job on the outside windows.

Brandon and Jeff are cleaning my windows as we speak and doing a fabulous job! Communication with the company has been super easy and efficient which says a lot! It's usually so hard to track people down to make an appointment, but not the case with L.A. Elite! From the time I called to the time the guys came was about a 24 hour turnaround which is so awesome. Brandon and Jeff are very professional and knowledgable and even pointed out a place on my frame that the sealing was gone and to alert my landlord. Will absolutely be using them again!

My first experience with LA Elite Window Cleaning they were amazing!! Nova and Max did a great job cleaning both inside and outside our windows. The before and after is shocking, should have done this a long time ago! Very professional, efficient and made sure I was satisfied with the service before completing. The windows were cleaned, but streaks were still visible afterward. The team was polite and fast, but for the price, I expected a more thorough job. I’ll likely look for another service next time.
