Overall the team did a great job. There were some areas where cleaning was missed in the shower, but they worked hard and efficiently, and took direction well. Definitely worth the cost!

This was not my first experience with LA Maids. It was,however, the first experience in my current apartment. Although I live in a one bedroom apartment, and it is fairly easy to keep neat and picked up, I have not been able to keep up with regular "deep" cleanings and was really falling behind. Enter LA Maids! We worked out a schedule for a cleaning crew to come every two weeks for a regular cleaning. The cleaning team arrived, on time, and quickly got through the cleaning of the apartment and was done very quickly and efficiently. They turned a dirty apartment in to a spotless showcase!

Shelly did an excellent job👍 very friendly on time and made my house smell so clean. I would highly recommend La Maid service and the price was reasonable. Good job!

Wasn't 100% satisfied for the money I spent. I had to remind them about things they missed before their time was up. Spent too little time on the areas I wanted cleaned the most. Didn't do any of the cobwebs on the ceiling like I asked. Almost missed a window seal, and a door. I wasn't totally satisfied did an okay job.

Got an estimate over the phone of $150. for 3 bedroom 1 3/4 ba. estimated time 2 1/2 hours w/2 maids . When the maids arrived the estimate went to 6 hours $300. They did not even finish looking at the entire house when one of them rudely told me we cant work for 2 1/2 hours an they grabbed the equipment and left abruptly . When I called the office they put me on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up the phone and started cleaning the house my self . I finished in 3 hours and its spotless .

They were 30 minutes late. It was three of them and it took only an hour even though I paid for 90 minutes. They were friendly and the guy who cleaned the bathroom did a good job. The rest of it was just ok, things were piled to the side and not neat. It was mediocre to be honest.

Two people showed up @ 1:00 PM. They said it was too much work that they could not finished. It was only two bedroom one bathroom with702 SF place; They left without any words.

I got one person worked with me. We done within two hours.

They were early, courteous and efficient. Very clean. It turns out the estimated time was not enough for them to do the bonus room too and so they offered to come back or give me a credit for the next clean. Great service.

The first time I used LA Maids I needed 4 people to clean up after a construction project, every drawer and shelf in the kitchen needed to be cleaned there was dust everywhere, not to mention the rest of the 3000 square foot house. They started at 8:00am and were going to work until 5:00pm but realized that there was no way to get in all completed in that time frame, so without a fuss, they happily stayed till the job was complete at 8:00pm.

A couple of weeks later I had Meraris and her team back again and they did just as good as the first time. A few weeks later I had the come to another clients house to polish handrails and clean some crystal lighting fixtures, my client who has spent years in the hospitality industry had never seen a cleaning crew so detailed and professional.

I have another project I have already scheduled them for. I would highly recommend calling LA Maids if your are looking for your cleaning needs to be handled right the first time.

Shelly was my cleaning helper and I LOVED HER she is so sweet hard working & thorough . I did a move-out service with her , I would love to have service again with Shelly . I will recommend LA Maids to anyone ! The price was awesome & the team was responsive . If you are looking for a clean home & friendly thorough staff book with this company. They wont disappoint also, ask for Shelly if possible :-) .

I had the privilege of meeting Shelly, who is amazing. From the beginning, making the appointment was easy and no hassel. I was satisfied with the end results and would most definitely use the services again!
