I was very grateful that LA Maids could accommodate my last minute cleaning request. The two ladies that came did a wonderful job cleaning the initial areas, but missed some spots toward the end. I wanted them to finish the job in 3 hours because the hourly rate was too expensive. Perhaps they needed more time. I will probably call them again.

The crew was amazing. So accommodating and helpful. They did an outstanding job. Really above and beyond. I highly recommend this company. My experience from start to finish with them was great. Very pleased!

Hired two women. They decided it would be easier to clean my two bedroom condo in the Hollywood Hills if they brought extra help. So without asking me, they brought along three men to help them clean my 2 bedroom condo. So we are clear....my condo is very nice and has hardwood floors and very classy furniture. I keep collectible antiques in locked museum cases in my office and the kitchen is beautiful. It's a nice place. These 5 people cleaned my place for around 5 hours and when they noticed my hat collection in my closet, they asked if they could have a few hats. I felt a little awkward but I gave them three hats and they went back to work. They finished and left.

After they left I went into my office to find that they had stolen $200 in cash out of my desk. I thought maybe I had misplaced it and went on with my day.

Two days later the bank called to say that $7,000 in checks had been cashed with fraudulent signatures. I went into my briefcase that sits in my office and my checkbook was gone.

I met with my bank and got to look at the tapes of the people that had written or cashed the fake checks from my account. Four fraud checks had been cashed and all four were maids from LA Maids.

I called the police and I called LA Maids to explain....
I spoke to the owner....
The owner said...and I quote "Hey it's LA. What are you gonna do".

No refund. No apology. No nothing.

My bank got me my money back but you should know that LA Maids did not fire any of these employees and I know 5 other people who have been robbed by them in different ways.

LA Maids should change their slogan to "LA Maids: We will Clean You Out"

LA maids is the best service I have ever used.

They answer the phone and will explain any questions you might have. Andrew is very detailed and great at customer service.

They also give you updates via text about Job details

They respond to your questions quickly.

Patricia is very professional
and friendly she seems to have lots of experience. She is focused and works very well.
Her communication skills are excellent.

I am impressed.. I will continue to do business with LA maids. I highly recommend them.

Two maids did a good job in short amount of time. Honest and hard working. Found silver bracelet that I hadn't seen in awhile. Left on counter for me. Impressed. Easily could have taken and didn't. Very pleasant two-team and happily accommodated all cleaning requests. Definitely recommend. Reasonably priced.

First of all, they were an hour late. Second of all, they flooded the entire first floor and basement of the house causing significant damage to a very nice home in Cheviot Hills. I wish I had seen the Yelp reviews which are FAR more in line with what I experienced -- about a two star average. The realtor came in to see the house flooding for about 13+ hours straight. This agency denied my refund based on the fact that I said they did an ok job cleaning (since I felt bad for people looking for jobs during a pandemic) but this has literally nothing to do with someone's extreme negligence causing horrendous damage to a multi million dollar home. Do not use this service. Their BBB rating I learned today is a D-. Finally, their invoice stated I was to be charged $320, yet I was charged $360. I have photos of all of this as well as videos.

I have used this service I think 5x now and have had a great experience EVERY time! Honestly forget how nice my house looks when it is truly clean. I highly highly recommend giving them a call, they have always had someone available for us last minute. The cleaners are all professional, thorough and kind.

Definitely would use again! Used them after moving out of my 2BR apartment. Cleaners only spoke Spanish so knowing the language was a plus. The 2 person crew showed up on time and cleaned diligently. Came with their own supplies.

4 stars because the time estimate I was given over the phone was under how much time they actually needed so they didn’t get to finish the full job.

This was a great experience. Very very last minute -- other companies either didn't get back to me or wanted to send out someone to do a survey etc -- which was pretty silly. LA Maids just got the job done. Turned up the day after I'd left a message the previous evening after most places had closed.

Turned up fully equipped with a lovely attitude. They got the job done thoroughly and efficiently and pleasantly.

Will definitely use them again.

We have been using LA maids for I think 9 years now! Eunice has been with us from the beginning and is so amazing and Maria joined her several years ago and together they clean our house top to bottom with such efficiency and detail every week - and not once have they canceled an appointment! So reliable, and the company itself has been a pleasure to deal with! So grateful to have such trustworthy and kind people caring for our home. We feel very lucky to have found them!

Jaime came early and I hadn't come back from running some errands, but they waited for me to get back while Paul kept us in touch. I appreciated that even though I was late, they were still really friendly and did great work on the house. They cleaned the kitchen, did the dishes, treated the wood floor, organized the closets... It was great. And Jaime was super helpful and friendly. Thanks!

Prior to the appointment received phone call advising change in the crew assigned. Mario Gardea and his co-worker arrived on time and we reviewed what needed to be done in each room. They both complete all of the requested work in 2 1/2 hours. Extremely pleased with how thorough and fast they worked. After cleaning was completed, they asked if anything else needed to be done. Everything looked and smelled clean!!! Highly recommend LA Maids….very happy customer!

Beatrice and the other woman were great - very thorough.

LA Maids were great. I needed some cleaning done urgently, and the crew came within 2 hours. They did an amazing job of getting some really bad stains out of a carpet and cleaned so much more. Highly recommend!!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Booking was very easy and the technicians were very friendly. They left the area nicely tidy after the work. I will definitely call them again in the future.

Their cleaning service is truly amazing! They cleaned the dryer vent very quickly after they arrived. Now the dryer is working much better than before. I will definitely recommend them to others.
