Reviews of local pros in Blue Jay, California

They do not know how to respond to a request so how can you trust them with their work!

We had an old shake roof that needed to be replaced. With skill and swiftness they did an amazing job. Thank you!

Professional on time and quality job on our Gambrel cabin. Manny and his crew were great

Honestly, these guys really care about the needs and wants of me as the customer and make the whole experience very worry free and simple. If you need anything done with regard to your roof and gutters, these guys are your best bet

Tm roofing is great they are friendly and have the best prices on the mountain. They did my house perfectly there crew worked hard every day . I recommend it for all if you need a roof repair or redone

Very professional and hard working company! I've first hand been on numerous jobs working a long side their team for years. Honest workers and fair prices! I highly recommend them over any roofing company on the MTN who would take advantage of anyone.

Manny Martinez came to our home to inspect our existing copper gutters to either repair or replace them and install additional copper gutters. He promised to get back with us within the week.
It has been has now been 4-months and after leaving numerous phone and text messages we still have not received any response from him.

We got excellent service from TM Roofing guys. Quality work for a really good price. The job site was clean with minimal disturbance to my landscaping and yard. At a different location Manny came out in the rain to look at a leak in the ceiling and was able to quickly find the source and fix it. Thanks

The water features Skyline Ponds creates are absolutely gorgeous. I can hardly wait to see the new ones created by Bernie and his crew.

Last year we were one of the homes on the Lake Arrowhead home tour for our gardens, and we had a book at the exit for people to write in to make suggestions for what we should add. The resounding suggestion: a waterfall! We had great recommendations for Skyline Ponds as a good friend had a large one installed on her property that looked amazing. Bernie came out and eyeballed the area we wanted one installed and gave us an estimate and a basic drawing of how it would look. He gave us a price and the date the work would start, and get this - he was true to his word! The work started on time with his associate Ray who did the demolition, brought in the rocks and boulders, created the waterfall and coordinated the electrical. Ray is an absolute artist and the waterfall came out far better than we dreamed of! Ray listened when we asked for a couple tiny tweaks, including having a larger rock at the top and lighting the bottom-most pool. The speed and quantity of the recirculating water can be remotely adjusted, and we love keeping it at the strongest 'current' as the sound is so peaceful. We were extremely pleased with the cost as the enjoyment we've gained is worth far more than we paid. The time from start to finish was less than 2 weeks with very little disruption. Ray is a pleasure to work with and we couldn't be happier!

Great work! Completed on time and at the quote provided.

Excellent work on our new decks and build up finishing project. Very professional and honest. Just want you want in a contractor.

Our neighbor recommended Lake Arrowhead Electrical after they did her panel last year, and now I see why. Professional, easy to talk to, and the work looks great. Honest pricing too, no surprises on the final bill. Will definitely call them again for the EV charger install we've been putting off.

Replaced two GFCI outlets and tracked down a flickering light issue that's been driving us crazy for months. Quick, clean, and reasonably priced. Nice to support a local outfit that actually knows what they're doing.

Quick and pleasant, they do great work and really were thorough with answering all of our questions. 10/10 would recommend

Hired these guys to beef up the security in my rental cabin. I had some short term rental tenants that were no bueno and partied all the time. Lake Arrowhead Electrical hooked me up with a sick security camera system and solved the problem. Hire these guys I referred my Mom.

Had a huge circuit problem with one of my rentals. They were the fastest and more affordable option in the area. Much appreciated thank you for the honest work!

Best experience with them, they completed the work in no time and half the price that I got from other electricians. Surely recommending them to my family and friends.

Lake Arrowhead Electrical was extremely helpful, services were well priced, and made the whole process easy. They updated some outlets in my bathroom and I couldn’t have asked for a better end result!

They were quick and responsive. The fan they installed works great and is beautiful. Highly recommend, will be calling them for all our electrical work moving forward!

My son referred me to these guys. I have been having trouble finding a reliable electrician in the area for years and so glad my son found these guys. They came out and did a main panel upgrade for me and I am impressed by the quality of their work!
