Reviews of local pros in Blue Jay, California

Our contact at Copp Roofing was Connor Keith !!

They sent someone to actually climb on our roof to do a thorough, complete inspection !!

Other company estimates were from standing on the ground.

Their cooperation and knowledge while working with our HOA made our approval a seamless process.

Their recommendation of materials, costs and the timeline were accurate.

They showed up on time, completing the tear-off and installation on schedule.

All old materials were removed cleanly from our home.

I would heartily recommend this local company !!

Great company. Reliable and professional. Amazing on-going response. Honest and straight forward. A great pleasure to deal with an American company, Best in the San Bernardino National Forest mountains area!

I am very satisfied with every element of the service I received. The finished project is fantastic. Everyone was very polite attentive and helpful. Nick was great in helping me get the project set up, and Alonzo,s roofing skills are beyond compare!

Being a new local in Arrowhead, I had obtained three quotes from different vendors for my roof that needed immediate repair. Copp Roofing had the best price with the best materials. Conner and all of the Copp team were amazing in answering all my questions from the initial inspection throughout the roof's completion. They delivered on their start and completion date. The process was genuinely stress-free, and I would highly recommend them.

Copp Roofing did an amazing job installing my new roof. The roof is not simple, having some steep angles and connecting roof lines. The team arrived on time and tackled the project quickly. They were professional and paid attention to detail. The management team was also a pleasure to work with. Great communication and easy to get this project started. I highly recommend Copp for your roofing needs!

I recently worked with Copp Roofing for my home’s roof replacement in Crestline. Their service was outstanding! Their competitive pricing, professionalism, and reputation really stood out. Based on discussions with Ethan, we opted for their GAF UHDZ shingles, and the end result exceeded our expectations.
Copp Roofing combines expertise, reliability, and exceptional customer service. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any roofing or construction project.

Amazing staff, good communication and great work! Definitely recommend Copp Roofing for any roofing needs.

We recently had an urgent roof replacement needed in LA. Rishi and Lynne was proactively responsive and very knowledgeable of the entire process, from start of the permit process to the end of the project. I met Ismael on the project he was leading his crew, and ensuring the entire premise was running smooth. They notified in detail the timeline of the project and met their proposed timeline, in addition of having unforeseen circumstances. COPP has dedicated team members that deliver great results, I highly recommend.

Copp roofing is a top notch organization and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Corey, Spenser, Jose and Garrett, completed our upper and lower decks. The quality is the best, all the crew is efficient, detailed, professional, and respectful. They even placed our outdoor furniture in place. These guys don’t waste time.

A very professional, competent Company to work with from beginning to end. The team working on our roof installation did an excellent job. Any questions we had were always quickly answered. Copp Roofing will always be our number one choice. Highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

Thanks David for a great job! After a tree fell on our roof, First General, our contractor, reached out to David to repair our roof. To make a long story short, they did a efficient, professional, job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Copp Roofing, to anyone.

I had a great experience with Copp Roofing! Rishi, our project manager, and Ismael, who led the crew, were both super patient and helpful. They made the whole roof replacement process smooth and quick. I'm really happy with how everything turned out. Big thanks to Rishi and Ismael for all their hard work—I highly recommend them!

We had our deck replaced. Copp did a great job and completed the project on time. They have financing options available which made it very easy. Highly recommended.

We recently had our log cabin home re-roofed with a metal roof by Copp Roofing, and had an excellent experience. Josh Rock was outstanding from start to finish in terms of clearly outlining the process, work to be completed, costs, and project updates. When any issue or question arose, Josh was on it immediately and was super-responsive. The crew on-site (led by Luis and Jesus) was exceptional. They worked 7 days a week and typically started at 6:30 AM. They were very focused on the details and did a good job cleaning up at the end of each day. They take a lot of pride in their craftsmanship, and it shows. I've worked with many contractors over time, and these guys are top notch. Great job!

Copp Roofing installed a high quality roof with an excellent guarantee. Their staff were wonderful to work with. Their installers were professional, on time, and did a great job. They also installed four skylights that are made for the heavy snow loads that mountain roofs must withstand. The installers framed the skylights beautifully (see photo). The skylights have transformed my kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. My rooms are full of light and I look up and see bright blue sky and soaring pine trees. I highly recommend this company! UPDATE: We just had a weekend of rain, freezing rain, and then a foot of snow and the roof and skylights didn't leak.

Copp roofing is among the top 10 of friendly and professional people on the mountain.

In November 2023, my husband gathered three quotes to re-roof his house in Crestline. Copp Roofing gave the best value for the money. They did a wonderful job on his roof and took no shortcuts! They tore down the old roof shingles all the way down to the bare plywood.

The new roof was done in three days, and they even worked on Thanksgiving Day!

Another house we have in Crestline Was in need of a new roof also. There was no question about who we were gonna call! Copp roofing does it all!

We recently had our roof replaced by Copp, and they did an excellent job. We have had some previous work (drywall, mineral wool insulation, siding, flashing, and minor electrical/plumbing) performed by Copp, and they did an excellent job on that project. We worked with Connor Keith from Copp for our roof replacement (as well as addition of solar panels with batteries), and he is excellent!

As a side note, regarding the previous work, Copp's drywall and siding guys are also excellent. The new drywall looks amazing. Even though I know where all of the drywall seams are, the transition is completely invisible. We have knockdown texture with semi-gloss paint, and there is no evidence of replacement (other than the texture of the new drywall is much more uniform and doesn't have the odd splotch the original drywall has). The siding and trim installation was also flawless.

We opted for the GAF Grand Sequoia Reflective Shingles (cool roof) in Forest Brown and metal valleys with the additional rigid insulation option (2 inches of additional rigid insulation between original sheathing and new sheathing installed by Copp). The roof/shingles look amazing! The shingle shape/design and color make our house look much more grand and regal. I really cannot express how much better the new roof looks!

The installation was very fast as it only took a week to completely remove the old roof, install the new insulation/framing/sheathing, and install the new roof. The installation crew was very professional and friendly, and I loved how proud they were of their work. Luis Andrade (foreman of the roofing crew) takes pride in his work, and it definitely shows. He was very enthusiastic about how nice the new roof is, and it is really nice to see someone who has so much pride in their work (and the new roof does look phenomenal). I have looked over every inch of the roof from windows and binoculars, and bit of the roof is perfect from the flashing/drip edge to the peaks. Our roof has some odd slopes and flashing regions, and these were all done to perfection with the new roof (including accounting for the new roof height given the new insulation).

So far, the roof has exceeded expectations. Our house is near a peak with shorter trees and gets more sun than many other homes in Lake Arrowhead, and so it does tend to get warmer in the summer than many other homes. The top two floors also have large cathedral ceilings with large windows, and so our house usually runs warm in the main living areas. We have already noticed a decrease in how often our air conditioner compressor runs (even with the most recent heat wave) and how much cooler the house stays during the day. I expect similar winter results given the additional insulation, but I'll try to update this review after we have some winter experience as well.

We are having decks replaced next year with aluminum decks (one simple deck and one three stories with an enclosed room on the bottom floor), and we are having Copp do this work as they have done such great work on other parts of our house.

Our next door neighbors had their roof replaced by Copp, and they also have nothing but great things to say about Copp and their work.

Our experience from the original request for a quote to meeting the team and watching the install process to final payment was executed with extraordinary care to meet our needs as a delighted customer. The team communicated well and often to us through the whole process, including guiding us through and signing the contract with 100% transparency. The COPP team ensured our property was left clean and picked up of any left over debris and materials once the entire construction process was completed. The COPP team arrived with all their tools and material on time and completed the project early. The COPP CONSTRUCTION team were always willing to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend using COPP CONSTRUCTION for all your roofing needs.
