Miracle workers! I have very thick shag carpet and I periodically foster puppies. Victor and his staff can get any stain out, including ink from a broken pen, and always leaves my carpets looking and smelling like new.

Victor and crew did an amazing job on our wood floors. I wish I had called them 2 years ago!! Friendly, polite, professional, and SKILLLED! I learned a lot from Victor during this process. I love Victor's passion, dedication, and knowledge about the caring of wood floors; what to do, what not to do. We did the wrong thing, and he fixed it ...better than ever! Our floors were looking bad, and thinking I could use some wax to spiff up some scuff marks, I ended up making it worse than ever. Victor educated me on the care for engineered wood floors. The prior homeowners had wrongly used a topical coating to make the floors shine (temporarily). Over time, that topical shine became dull, scuffed easily, and my attempt to wax it made it unbearable. I called Toro immediately. Not only did Victor and crew clean it up my mess, they made the floors throughout the lower level as good as new. They have that satin shine as intended. I am now educated on how to properly care for our floors, and very happy with the results. I cannot recommend Toro enough. I learned my lesson. We will be using Toro Steam Cleaning for many additional jobs (carpets, upholstery, windows, etc.) from here on out.

We use Victor and Toro Steam Cleaning for all of our carpet, tile and counter top cleaning needs. They have always been professional, quick to set an appointment and do a great job even on our worst floors. We will continue to use them for all our properties.

Are you looking for someone to clean your saltillo tiles? I finally found the man who can do it! Victor stripped them, hand washed them several times, then hand sealed then three times before setting the polisher to them. My floors shine and look great! He also revived a couple area rugs I thought I was going to have to replace. He's reliable and professional. I've had him back to clean the upholstery and recommended him to several friends too. When you find a good, hard worker, keep him. Thanks, Victor!

My son and daughter in law discovered Toro steam cleaning and had their condo cleaned. My son was so impressed with the service, skill and efficiency of the cleaning crew, he passed it on to Dad.

I decided to try them just because my son had such a positive experience.

Daniel came out and gave me a very reasonable quote. He was professional and fast. Needless to say, I booked for the next available date.

They arrived on time and did a walk through to discuss a work plan and then got to it. I had my carpet, tile floors and three chairs cleaned. They were out in just over two hours. The house smelled amazing and it was a much lighter hue than before they started.

Well, I waited a day to see the dried transformation and was pleasantly surprised. I don’t remember just how beautiful it was and they restored it back to a very livable condition.

I just had to tell My daughter, who has 1300 square feet of hardwood floors that needed cleaning. They finished her house this morning and she was thrilled with the difference and how proficient they were.

I can only give five stars but I did they one better. I referred my family to them. I will use the again to touch up the carpet and maybe the tile if it needs it.

Don’t waste anymore time looking around for a cheaper company. Toro will do it right the first time and in our case, all three homes.

This company is legit! Excellent customer service, highly knowledgeable, efficient, fair, high communication (prompt and informative) and impeccable work ethic.That's not even about the job!

We recently moved into our rental and within a month, all the dirt came up and we had gnarly spots and worn areas. I thought the carpet needed replacing it was so bad! I contacted our landlord and she told me to use Toro. Victor handled our account and separates himself from the rest. He came in, assessed and said he could help. He was flexible and accommodating with my schedule. He was detailed on how to prep and the process was extremely easy. The carpets look amazing!! I'm blown away at the depth of cleaning. I didn't expect this. He downplayed the outcome in the assessment telling me he can't make them perfect but he can get close. Well it looks like we have new carpet! I'm a forever fan and will be a loyal customer!

I had a great experience with Toro for grout cleaning. They were on-time, called ahead, courteous, wore shoe covers on my carpet, I had a great overall experience! What really got me excited was they were able to clean an area of grout that the last company I used said was permanently damaged. Toro cleaned it in no time... they stated, "that last company must not of tried too hard because we got it cleaned in five minutes." Thanks Toro, you just earned a new customer and I plan on referring you to everyone I know. - Earl
