Toro does great work and is very reasonable in pricing . We have four kids and a dog so regular carpet cleaning is a must . Victor does such great work that I have them at my house quarterly to maintain clean carpets and we always get compliments on how nice the carpet looks. Victor and his team are professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. I've recommended them to several friends and have yet to hear a complaint

I couldn’t be happier with the steam cleaning service we received! From the moment they arrived, the team was professional, courteous, and incredibly thorough. They did an amazing job on our carpets, tiles, and even our upholstery—it all looks brand new! The difference is night and day. Stains I thought were permanent are completely gone, and the whole house smells fresh and clean.

Scheduled them to come out and clean a sofa and rug two separate times. They said their hose wouldn’t reach, when in reality they wouldn’t route their hose over a retaining wall saving them at least 20-30’ of distance which would have been plenty. “Per company policy” this is after they had already been on site and said it would definitely work. I blocked off our Airbnb for this cleaning and had maintenance go to the site to help still they bailed. I’m sure they will post a “but…” response but in the end I gave them every opportunity to make it work.

I love that Toro Steam Cleaning is a family-owned business. Jazmine, the owner, made scheduling incredibly easy. She was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions without any hassle.

On the day of service, Edwin--who I believe is her husband--arrived about 18 minutes late, but he texted me beforehand to let me know. I really appreciated that level of communication since punctuality is important to me.

When he arrived, Edwin did a full walkthrough to understand the scope of work. He explained exactly what he was going to do, how long it would take, and made sure I had no unanswered questions before he started.

Three hours and ten minutes later... WOW. I couldn't believe how beautiful my floors looked. The travertine tiles looked almost brand new, especially with the fresh coat of sealer. The transformation was incredible.

I'm always looking for honesty. I called Excellence Pros After getting my carpet cleaned on a rental. Yes, after. I found Excellence Pros after with a better quote. When they arrived they told me that I would be wasting my money if they did the job because it didn't need an I Depth cleaning. They were honest. Which made me lock them in on a bigger job for an acid wash on my home flooring. They gave me a competitive estimate and we're very professional. Even took the time to educate me on maintenance.
