My experience with Mr Chimney Cleaning was brilliant from the get-go. Shawn was exceptional when I encountered him in the showroom and when following up with the photos I sent him of my chimney. After that, I was really grateful for the politeness and patience that Jace displayed when he visited my home in Bonsall. He took the time to answer all my queries about how the chimney operates and what I need to keep an eye on to ensure it functions correctly. The cost was fair and I was extremely satisfied with the overall service.

Eugene from Mr Chimney Cleaning was prompt and tidy, showing great responsiveness and providing all services at a reasonable rate. He quickly pinpointed the problem with my chimney in Bonsall and made sure I was completely happy with his work before he left. Unlike some other services, Mr Chimney Cleaning never tried to push me into buying more than needed or upsell me. We agreed on the price beforehand, so there were no surprise expenses. Tyrone, Max, and Jace were exceptional. They did an outstanding job installing a liner in my chimney and their cleanup afterwards was equally commendable. Additionally, I appreciate them detecting a gas leak in my attic, which was connected to my furnace. Your dedication and hard work really stood out to me. I must also express my gratitude to Mr Chimney Cleaning for such excellent service. Keep up the good work, gentlemen.
