geoffrey and collin did a great job sweeping my chimney! arrived right on time, got straight to work and made sure everything was really clean. they answered all my questions and gave helpful tips for keeping my fireplace in good shape. the price was very fair. highly recommend mr chimney cleaning.

I reached out to a chimney sweep service because my chimney was leaking. Earl showed up right on time, was very friendly, and explained that the crown on top needed some tar and caulking to seal it properly. He got started right away and finished the repairs the same day, letting me know if there were any more issues, I could give them a call. When it rained again, I noticed the leak was still in the same spot inside my house, so I called Earl back. He came out the next day, added more caulk, and checked everything over. After another rain, the leak was still there, but I appreciated how willing they were to return and make it right. Earl agreed to come back again and make sure everything was taken care of. Overall, I was impressed by how prompt, friendly, and dedicated they were to fixing the problem. The team really stands behind their work and wants to make sure customers are happy with the service. I would recommend them for anyone needing chimney repairs or sweeps in the area.
