He made this process so easy for me.

I strongly recommend her work for a project like ours.

Just met with Sharon from Jonathan Construction ( License# 940648, Culver City, CA, in rebuttals sometimes they claim it wasn't them). I'm on the Do Not Call Registry and so I like to waste telemarketers time and thereby make it more expensive for them to market this way. I agreed to have them come out. We visited for a few minutes and then I told them I'd never do business with them because of this I was deliberately wasting their time and money. Hey just a thought, if you really want to mess with them have them go the trouble of creating a quote, this could take hours of their time. FYI, on the phone they claim they've been in business for 35 years but their license is much newer, Any contractor with a license # greater than 900000 is relatively new.

Don't do business with a contractor that starts off the relationship in violation of Federal Law. This should big RED flag!

Gosh feel real bad about wasting your time - not.

I needed some new flooring after a flood in my home.
They came with a bevy of samples and options fully explained the cost and pros and cons of each material.
It was not a huge job but it was done in a timely manner,.
I would definitely use them again for any future projects

Tomm did exactly what he claim to.
He designed the bathroom and gave a very detailed quotation and carried out the work to a very high standard.
He discussed all the options with us .
The guys cleaned up as they went along.
I am delighted with the results.
You get what you pay for with this company

I hired Jonathan Construction for remodeling my two story house in Redondo Beach .
The entire process from start to finish was amazing.
The manager of the project came every day to check on us and to make sure everything is going well as planned
Super happy with the results and their pricing.

I had a complicated project and Tomm from Jonathan Construction handled it efficiently and fast.
Some of the other contractors I called didn’t even want to handle it. It was a house in Hollywood Hills.
They broke the walls and did all the plumbing around the house.
Great job!!

I had a couple of problems in my suite bathroom. I didn't know if I had a plumbing problem, if maybe the vanity was a touch off balance, though it looks perfect, or if it was something I did, but I shot off a yelp message after leaving them a message. Though it has been maybe a year and a half or more since they designed my master suite I got an immediate response back!!! they remembered me and were happy to fix it with no attitude at all!
They sent someone out to evaluate the problem. He was here around a half an hour and explained the problem, made some adjustments, and no charge!

Best experience I’ve had!!!

Tomm is an amazing Person, professional and understanding
He doesn’t push anything and make thoughtful recommendations. His products are perfect!
And best of all, the price he quoted was less than the bids we received from other top of the line companies.
The new house look beautiful.

Just a quick word with them over the oboe was enough for me to know these are the guys that I will hire !! My bathroom remodel went smoothly. Small project but they handled it with perfection and dedication. They really cared that it was all accurate and perfect measurements

I worked with them regards a plan for construction and remodel the new home.
The project involved a new roof , remodeling three bathrooms and guest house.
Everything was very smooth , they gave me tips and great ideas for the design.
I am very satisfied!!!

Kitchen paint and floors were all completly renewed all within the time frame i gave them. My unit looked amazing with the new kitchen.. I truly amazed by their service and dedication Jonathan are providing.
I love my new kitchen... They know how to talk and how to explain what they are doing from start to finish.

Jonathan construction been extremely professional with our house construction. We have decided to sell the house so we needed a full transformation. All the paint inside and out was done quickly. No missed spots.
The walls were broken down by a specialist in order to build an extra room. They worked around the permit. Perfect work.

Great for construction or remodeling, I was excited with the results.
They were patient answering all my questions and I knew we need the work done asap .
They worked with me on financial and payments. That was so wonderful and allowed me to get the much needed work done . They were able to get us on their schedule right away and did the work quickly and efficiently. They continued to be responsive after the work was complete when I had a couple of follow up questions.
Thank you so much everyone at Jonathan !!

We cannot say enough good things about Ray and his team. What started as a big project turned into something truly life-changing for our family.

Our son uses a wheelchair, and before this renovation our home was honestly very difficult for him to navigate. We relied on temporary ramps and awkward workarounds just to get him in and out of the house. We wanted to make our home fully accessible, but we were worried it would end up looking institutional or awkward.

Ray completely exceeded our expectations.

He redesigned and rebuilt all of the concrete in both our front and backyard as well as the driveway, raising and adjusting the grades so everything is ADA compliant with smooth ramps and proper transitions. He also added new walkways that didn’t exist before, making it possible for our son to easily access every door of our home.

The most incredible part is that Ray managed to make everything functional without sacrificing the beauty or charm of our home. The ramps blend so naturally into the design that they honestly just look like part of a beautifully planned landscape. Instead of looking medical or industrial, the house actually looks even better than it did before.

The project also included removing several very large trees, re-landscaping, and completely repainting the exterior of our home, which tied everything together perfectly.

Ray was professional, communicative, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire process. His crew was friendly, respectful, hardworking, and efficient, and they kept everything very clean while working on such a large project.

Most importantly, our son can now move around our home independently and comfortably. That alone means everything to our family.

We are beyond grateful and highly recommend Ray to anyone looking for quality work, creative design, and a contractor who truly cares about the people he’s helping.

We had an amazing experience working with Ray and his team! Our backyard was in serious need of help — our pool was very old with cracks, worn plaster, and outdated tile, and the surrounding concrete had seen much better days. Ray helped us completely transform everything into the backyard of our dreams.

The project included replastering the entire pool, replacing the coping and tile, repairing and redoing the cracked concrete, and installing new turf. The final result is absolutely stunning. Our pool looks brand new and the whole backyard feels like a completely different space.

From start to finish, Ray was professional, communicative, and incredibly easy to work with. His pricing was very competitive and reasonable, and he was always transparent throughout the process. His crew was just as impressive — friendly, respectful, hardworking, and very efficient. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and kept the job site surprisingly clean during the entire project.

What really stood out to us was the quality of the work and attention to detail. Every part of the project was done carefully and professionally, and it shows in the final result.

We are beyond happy with how everything turned out and truly love spending time in our new backyard. If you’re looking for someone reliable who delivers beautiful results, we HIGHLY recommend Ray and his team!!

We are in our seventies, and after many years of talking about it, we finally decided to build an ADU on our daughter’s property so we could be closer to family. We were a little nervous about taking on a construction project at our age, but working with Ray turned out to be one of the best decisions we have ever made.

From the very beginning, Ray was patient, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained every step in terms we could understand, and he never made us feel rushed or pressured. He truly listened to what we wanted and then went above and beyond to create a home that far exceeded anything we imagined.

Our ADU is absolutely beautiful. Ray thought through every detail, big and small. The layout is spacious and comfortable, and the workmanship is outstanding. He also designed everything with ADA accessibility in mind — wider doorways, gentle transitions, bathroom features, and smart choices that will make aging in place easier. He planned ahead for needs we didn’t even know we’d have one day, and we’re so grateful for that foresight.

He also kept the charm and warmth we wanted. It feels like a real home, not something “added on.” We get compliments from everyone who visits.

Ray’s crew was respectful, polite, and hardworking. They kept the job site clean and always greeted us with a smile. It’s rare these days to find a company that takes such pride in their work and treats homeowners with this level of care.

We wake up every morning feeling thankful for this beautiful space. It’s truly the home of our dreams, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We highly recommend Ray to anyone looking for quality, integrity, and someone who genuinely cares about the families he’s building for.

I highly recommend! Always on time, reliable and HONEST!

Had some remodeling done recently and I’m really happy with the results and customer service. 👍
