Juan Solorio from Costco direct connect connections installed our dishwasher. He was very professional and guided us through out the installation, he did a very good job, highly recommend him.

Frank just installed my lg microwave and everything was great. From calling to let me know how far he was out, to the actual installation!

Wonderful experience with DCC installers for a new dishwasher ordered from Costco. Company called and confirmed day before, Team of Elizabeth and Alex were on time and personable, professional and detail oriented installation. Couldn’t be happy with the experience!

Victor called the day before and gave us a timeframe. He came on time, very professional, polite. He went above and beyond installing the stovetop since the measurements of countertop was a quarter inch less all around. He got his tools and got to work. Other installers will just advice to return product and get one that measures up to the counter. This was an issue with the construction of the kitchen island and he made sure to fix it since we bought the correct product. After all the work, he left our kitchen clean, just like he was never there but left us with a brand new working stovetop!
I highly recommend his services! If needed, we will ask for him again. Thanks, Victor! You made our Saturday! :-)

We ordered a Maytag dishwasher from Costco with installation and haul-away. Our installer Marlow went the extra mile by helping us install new electricity and plumbing related to the dishwasher. We just moved into a new house and the electricity is far outdated. We were grateful to get the dishwasher up and running the same day. Thank you Marlow!!

I will NEVER buy another product from Costco that requires Direct Connect Connections to do installation. I love Costco, but can’t believe they expose their customers to this contractor.

As so many have said, DCC is horrible about keeping their appointments and communicating when they will miss a schedule they agreed to. For me, like others, they cancelled the 1st scheduled delivery the day before and then showed up hours late for the next scheduled delivery (the following week). Unfortunately, that is to commonplace in today’s world. I wish it was the worst part of the experience.

My bigger issue with DCC is they are dishonest and don’t stand behind their work. Their installer made a mistake while installing our dishwasher. Mistakes happen. Water leaked from the dishwasher supply line damaging the ceiling of the bathroom below and the hardwood flooring in front of the dishwasher. The inspector they sent (who also was a no show the 1st scheduled day) confirmed the supply line had only been hand tightened. Since tightened correctly everything has worked fine. However, DCC’s office contacted me nearly a month later instructing me to file a claim against Bosch. I explained I didn’t have a claim against Bosch since the dishwasher works fine and no parts were replaced or fixed on the dishwasher. Since that point in time DCC has not returned phone calls or emails. Costco has only responded that they would contact DCC. After several months I have had to pay for the repairs myself.

I have searched customer reviews of DCC work on various sites. In addition to the repeated scheduling misses, I have found others mention or elude to dishonest business practices. I invite anyone who has had similar experiences to contact me. Perhaps as a collective group we can make DCC stand behind their work.

Bought a dishwasher from Costco. This company canceled my delivery 3 times then claimed that they had already delivered my unit.
Do not recommend.

Roger was awesome! He installed our new dishwasher and was so helpful!! He fixed a leaky hose that was NOT RELATED to his installation and had all the best parts in his truck!! So reasonable and efficient! Thank you so much Roger! Great service and friendly!

Our dishwasher leaked every time we used it, did not dry our dishes and left a white film on everything no matter what kind of dishwasher soap we used. We purchased a new Bosch with 3 racks from Costco and absolutely love it. Our installer from Direct Connect Connections was Roger who explained everything until he knew we understood. He was amazing. To top off the installation they hauled our old dishwasher away for no extra cost. Amazing purchase and amazing installation. We will do this again next time one of our appliances go out.

Alan Garcia was our most recent attempted installer. He claimed he couldn’t install our new dishwasher ordered from Costco due to an older valve being too far out for the washer to fit. He didn’t even TRY to unbox it, instead he showed up two hours early without notice, walked in for less than 20 minutes, and offered to add additional services for $120.
I let Costco know they should quit using direct connect and I will continue to warn others. I’ve never had someone walk into my house and make 0 effort to avoid working. I am returning my dishwasher and am looking at Lowe’s or other companies for support and assistance.

Dishwasher installation. Alex was extremely professional and made the entire process easy. Went above and beyond expected service by staying late into the evening to ensure our appliance was installed.

DCC was supposed to install my dishwasher that I purchased through Costo on Tuesday 1/6/26 between 1pm and 5pm but never showed up. They called that night to reschedule and the rescheduled date was today, Thursday 1/8/26 between 8am and Noon - I waited til 1pm and again they never showed up. I called and the customer service rep was rude and angry at me. I've never experienced a worse company. Avoid.

Ben Hernandez did an excellent job getting my OTR microwave installed, and were able to make the needed modifications. The finished product looked clean and was very professional. Great service!

Jorge did an excellent job on the installation of our new dishwasher. He was upfront on additional costs and bringing our electrical outlet up to code along with rerouting our 10’ drain hose, water line and electric cord. Cleaned everything up and hauled everything away. Very polite and professional. He is the best!

I had a very disappointing experience with Direct Connect Connections during a dishwasher installation arranged through Costco. The technician replaced an outlet and an air gap vent that were both working fine — the whole process took about 10 minutes — and I was charged $250 for it.

This felt like an overcharge for something that didn’t need replacing in the first place. I do not recommend this company due to their questionable pricing and upselling tactics.

I’m also surprised that Costco, a company known for excellent customer service, partners with them. I hope Costco reconsiders working with this installer and finds companies that are more honest and fair with their customers.

Victor installed our new dishwasher in under 30 minutes. He was fast, efficient, friendly and good humored. He and his associate took away our old machine and left the area clean. He double checked all connections, made sure the air bubble was working, and demonstrated the operation including the filter.

Such a great install! David called me the night before my scheduled installation to let me know he would be coming 6 hours earlier than what had been communicated previously—this was music to my ears because we’d been without a dishwasher for a week. His colleague Frank had been out the week before to haul away our old dishwasher but the new one from Costco was damaged so he ensured we would have hot water in our sink until we got a new dishwasher. Both men were courteous and professional. Highly recommend them!
