Peter calmly and efficiently installed at easy-to-use thermostat in one duplex and in the other restored heat which had been our since the floods in January inundated the connections. went through Costco for air conditioner quote. Allstar Air contacted me. Meeting scheduled was good. Needed quote to replace existing condenser and gas furnace. Had to call to remind about waiting for a quote. The quote had 3 options with the lowest price being close to what I could get replacing a whole new system. I responded to the quote asking for detail breakout and all I got was crickets. I stated if the price could be decreased and showed other quotes people got for the same items which showed Allstar's quote being about $8k too high. I looked up prices for the 3 main items I needed and I can buy them direct for $7k. I would pay $2500 for the one day install which would be $8k less than Allstar's lowest quote. No response. I thinking this company is in the business of major profits and may be overwhelmed. They quoted me way out of the ball park and probably bc it is not a whole new system install they don't want the business.

We recently had Bob Lord and his installation team, (Gus, Javier) install a heating/air-conditioning system at our home. From the proposal to walking through the use of the system, I cannot imagine having a more professional, helpful and easy-going experience. They were positive, efficient and left everything clean.

We would highly recommend them for any heating or cooling need.

Allstar HVAC Maintenance man Jesus arrived today, and was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He replaced the filters, cleaned both systems (central and garage), found a capacitor that was about to go and replaced that. Their initial installation and all subsequent service cannot be beat. To a person, they are careful and thoughtful and take plenty of time to listen and explain. You can't go wrong with Allstar. Shout out to my man Jesus!!!

We found AllStar through Costco's. From our initial contact with Jennifer, in their office to Phil, the sales guy and throughout the installation with Gus, Luis & Ivan everyone was very friendly, professional and honest. This was a company that under promised and over delivered. Thank you!

Allstar did such an AMAZING job at our home! They were very professional, punctual, knowledgeable and courteous of our belongings in our home.
The two Allstar employees showed up right on time at 8am and were very friendly throughout the visit. Our baby was actually napping so the employees were kind enough to leave and come back in 45 minutes after she woke up.
They informed us on exactly what they would be doing and how they were going to do it. They set up their equipment and were careful in working around our furniture and belongings. They really took the extra time and were thorough in cleaning out or ducts and made sure everything was working appropriately. They even secured a loose vent in our attic that I knew was only held by duct tape. They also showed us how to run our duct fan for regular maintenance/cleanings so the dust/lint wouldn’t build up as fast.
They pulled out SO much dust/lint from our ducts and made sure to clean up perfectly afterwards. I was really amazed with how much dust/lint they got out; it was a TON. Then taking the time to clean up afterwards was really going the extra mile.
The entire experience was great and I highly recommend Allstar. I will definitely be using them for regular cleanings and any needed work in the future. I couldn’t be happier.

I've worked with Harry and his uber-qualified team of HVAC technicians and have never been disappointed with their work. Yes, their work is top quality, professional and even creative, given the confined and limited spaces they often are forced to work in. But the highest compliment I could offer is that they are men and women of integrity. They tell you what they'll do, they do it and then show you what they did, all at the agreed-upon price. I could continue, but don't want to over-sell it.
You and your project would be best served by hiring them.

Allstar was the best-priced, but also able to personalize the location of the AC to make it less unsightly and out of the way. Highly recommended. I spoke with Jennifer late Friday and she set us up for air conditioning repair on Monday!!! Darin came, easily found the issue, and replaced the capacitor. He was early - a real benefit as today is another blistering day.

Our install team was incredible! A new ceiling cassette was cut in to our small garage office and it works fantastic at heating the office we use often. Thanks Louis and Gustavo from AllStar and Alex from Erikson Electric for the new fuses and 220v hook up!!
