Very embarrassing to say but we haven't gotten our carpet cleaned since 2015.. found Josh through google and he was able to change the date for us last min and got here on time with professionalism and knowledge, he informed us how to even clean our floor with proper cleaning solution to care of our wood floor and also going above and beyond to get our dirty carpet back to life. Very friendly and dedicated business owner, very much appreciate Josh for his service! Thank you Josh see you next year.

Happy Hippo Floor Care and Carpet Cleaning Service did an amazing job. Josh went above and beyond to ensure that we were fully satisfied with the end result. In order to stay competitive, he even offered to clean a couple of additional rooms and area rugs that other competitors we had contacted were not willing to do. Initially, he was hesitant to guarantee that he would be able to remove deep dark marks from years of traffic going through our home without a proper cleaning, but he managed to do it. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and will definitely be reaching out to Josh again in another year.

I especially loved the safe chemicals used in the cleaning service I have a sensitive nose and the smell was pleasant during the cleaning and after.

Let me start off by saying, how professional Josh was. Started off by ensuring we are in good hands and sure enough even gave us some deep information about carpet i would say most people wouldn’t even cross their mind about their carpet. Knowing kids would be on the carpet he even gave us tips about maintaining the carpet properly in order to keep it more clean for the kids to rub their bellies on.

Simply put, did a very great job on cleaning our carpets in our home and left them fluffier and bouncier than it was initially, even though we cant tell how clean they were being only a few years old. They definitely look much better now! He was on time and finished as scheduled. Even ensured he cleaned the path he walked before leaving. Very awesome person

Very happy with Happy Hippo Floor Care. We moved into a new home with a lot of tile work and it was in bad shape. The grout was very stained and tiles were discolored. The floor looks almost new after Happy Hippo cleaned and sealed the floors. Highly recommend them!

Happy Hippo was highly recommended to us from another floor care provider who was unavailable. (This spoke volumes).
The owner was able to give us a reasonable and reliable quote based on pictures as we live out of the area of our rental. (Price didn't change after in-person assessment.) Additionally, he was very honest and candid with what we could expect given that the type of carpet we have is hard to work with. When all was finished, we were very happy with the results!

Josh and his helper did an amazing job! I tried to do it myself and decided to call an expert. My tile and grout looks brand new! I could have spent a week scrubbing the floor and it would not have turned out as good and their work! Well worth the money!

I am very pleased the lady's left my bathrooms looking like a 5 star hotel. I had hard water deposits in one bathroom on my enclosed glass shower and they left that and the whole bathroom gleaming. Prices are very fair as well. I highly recommend.

Jonah from New Day Carpet Cleaning did a spectacular job with our carpets. We have two dogs and the carpet is the primary pathway in our home, resulting in many stains. Despite the carpet being older and worn, I'm astounded by how clean they now look. I am excited about having Jonah back to work on the rest of the carpets in our Buena Park house.

At first, I was a bit worried when the truck equipment didn't start since we had a busy afternoon lined up for our kids.
