Iggy came out from Rooter Flushers Plumbing and Drains today. Called him about a major plumbing problem. He came out quickly and took care of the problem. He's very professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely be calling him in the future for any plumbing problems that arise.

Darwin and Iggy are both top professionals and very knowledgeable in plumbing repair. They helped us in a Sunday with backed up pipes leading to the street main system. Within two hours they had the problem diagnosed and fixed and their pricing was significantly less than the bigger corporate plumbing shops. I contacted this company for our routine water heater flushing. We’ve had trouble looking for good plumbing companies but Iggy from Rooter Flushers was very professional and helpful right from the get go. Scheduling was easy and communication was clear. Pricing was fair and within the “usual” range. We just asked for water heater flushing but he made sure to inspect the whole unit and gave some valuable suggestions to help prolong the life of the unit. He also checked the water pressure for the house as part of their service.

Amazing customer service from Iggy at Rooter Flushers Plumbing & Drains! There was no answering machine at 5:25am when I called in desperation. Iggy promptly answered the phone. He promised that someone would be at my house between 8 and 9. Iggy was right on time! Things were already looking up 👍 My job turned out a little more complicated than originally thought. Iggy was very thorough in diagnosing the issue(s). If you think trees only grow in the yard…think again! Check this out! Root city!! Iggy was great. Would definitely use Rooter Flushers again!!

I had an emergency backup in both bathrooms and had to choose a contractor very quickly. I called Rooter flushers from reviews I saw on Yelp. Iggy answered the phone and said a person would arrive at my house in approximately 45 minutes, yet to my surprise Iggy showed up himself in about 15 minutes.

He assessed my situation and could see on his camera that I had three areas in the pipes from my house to the street that were almost totally blocked by trees roots. He tried to at least temporarily fix this with a regular rooter but the roots were really thick and almost totally blocking anything from getting through. Iggy then explained my options and I went with the Hydro Flush. Afterwards when I saw my pipes in the camera the roots were totally gone and the pipes looked really clean.

I am happy with both the customer service and professional service I received from Iggy and will definitely use him again.

I called for a clog drain that was backing into the bath tub. Iggy gave me a time frame on when they would arrived. Iggy and Robert show up earlier than the timeframe given after they called me if they could, which was perfect because I wanted my problem resolved. When Iggy and Robert show up and came in the house, they put on shoe protector to come in. I show them a my problem and they gave me a game plan on how to located and solve the issue. Since I don’t have a clean out, Iggy and Robert had to go on top of the roof to unclog my drain through the air vent. They solve and discover other issues on my drain pipes after they camera drain pipe. After they finish, they were very detailed on explaining what they did and discover. They gave options and recommendations on how I should proceed on fixing broken pipe. And not push me to have it fixed by them. Overall they were friendly, honest and very professional.

We had one of the large rooter companies in the area try to fix our clogged bathroom drain. They claimed they couldn't clear the roots through the drain line and that the only solution was to dig under the house to replace the line - $$$$. So I decided to get a second opinion and called Iggy at Rooter Flushers. He was able to figure out a way to clear the roots, which was still a big job but cost less than 10% of what the other guys wanted (and no digging). He was also able to show me on camera the before and after situation with the roots (the "after" was none!). So the moral of the story is to always get a second opinion if you get an unreasonable quote, or better yet just call Iggy first if you have a sewer line issue, he's the expert.

Had a clogged kitchen sink and needed somebody to tend to it ASAP. Called Rooter and Flushers and they got someone out immediately (same day) to help solve the issue.
