I was very impressed by the level of service I received from Darwin. He was forthcoming, respectful, courteous, and never once tried to upsell me anything. I even told him, it's rare to see this kind of service from anyone. He fixed the plumbing problem in a matter of minutes. He seemed very knowledgeable and even gave me some pointers to help me maintain the pipes. I would definitely recommend Darwin to anyone who needs plumbing.

So thankful for the service I got today! Had a kitchen sink back up (stemming from our upstairs neighbors sink and that plumber unfortunately pushed the clog down to us). Iggy answered my call quickly , got himself and coworker Robert out to my condo quickly , and diagnosed the problem. Communication was easy, clear , and I don't have a sink full of icky black water anymore! They were very thorough and made sure water didn't build back up again before leaving. Thank you both ! :)

We had a different plumbing company come out here due to our shower line was backing up.The other plumbing company told her that she would have to replace all the pipes underneath her house. They wanted to take an advantage of her due to her age. We called our neighbor to get a second opinion if he had any plumbing companies that he have used in the past he recommended Rooter Flushers to us. We called Rooter Flushers right away. We schedule an appointment with them the following day darwin service technician arrive to my sister house on time he ran the cable to unclog the shower drain they found heavy buildup in rust in the pipes. Darwin went underneath the house to inspect what was needed to be replaced. We had to replace the shower P-trap and approximately 10 feet of cast-iron pipe darwin informed us and kept us updated with every detail. I’m glad we found this company family owned. I’m glad there’s plumbing companies out there. Still there we are able to trust. I will highly recommend Rooter Flushers to any of my friends and family as well they did a terrific job in fair price. I’m glad that we were not needed to replace all the pipes how the other plumbing company try to take advantage of us thank you so much once again.

I had a severe clog in my sink. I called several plumbers. Some light attempts were made to use a snaking cable without success. Both told me hydrojetting would be required. One told me that they would have to cut into a wall. Another told me to also descale on top of hydrojetting. The quotes were $1200 to $2800. I had some doubts in their honesty. I decided to reach out to one more plumber. I went with Rooter Flushers and spoke to the manager, Iggy. He told me that hydrojetting was a common service in his business, but didn’t recommend it for my situation because of the risks involved. He was optimistic about declogging my kitchen sink with just the snake. He was able to come to my house the same day. Once he arrived, he assessed the situation and gave a quote. The charge is by the hour. After 90 min, where the other 2 plumbers failed, Iggy succeeded. The hourly rate was not cheap, but it was way lower than the quotes the others gave me. I’m really quite fortunate that I found Iggy and highly recommend his services. If you want honesty, quality, and competency for rooter service then give them a call. I’m a customer for life now. Look at the nasty sludge he was able to get out.

We had a different plumber come to attempt to unclog our shower drain but after an hour of trying they gave up. We called Iggy and he answered quickly, explained our situation, and once he found out the previous plumbers issues, he said he could come out instead of sending someone from his team within the next 2 hours after he finished his job. Once he arrived, he looked at the situation, understood where the last plumber had issues and found a way to resolve the issue really fast including going through the roof vent! We are very satisfied with Iggys service, price transparency, and knowledge!

Scheduling was easy. First call pick-up, 2 minutes, and I was booked. Technicians arrived in the first 10 minutes of the service window, and finished in 40 minutes. Iggy explained everything clearly, and snaked the drain multiple times to be sure it was clear. Quick, clean, polite, and professional. Will use Rooter Flushers again.

Found these guys on yelp and they did not disappoint! Customer service was great and they are very responsive. Iggy Perez was the person I dealt with since yesterday and he was very kind and helpful. I canceled in him for a tub clog because the renters said it was okay after the fact, but then called to ask for help for a sink clog and he helped me out right away. He kept me informed through the entire process from start to completion and assisted with educating my renters in what not to do (pour drain o down the drain due to it corroding the old pipes (sorry forgot kind). Can’t ask for better service than that. Pricing is decent. Overall, definitely recommend the Perez family to handle your plumbing needs.

I used their services a few other times and have to leave a review because each time I felt service was great and well priced. Most recently today I had 2 clogged restroom sink drains. I reached out last night last minute (on Easter) and as always got a quick response and they were able to unclog the sinks this morning. I tend to get updates along the way including pictures of the work being done so that makes me more comfortable with the work being done, especially having had prior plumbing renovation/ maintenance work done by others that ended up being faulty or causing more issues.
