He took the time to explain the process and made sure everything was completed properly. The work was done efficiently, and he left the area clean afterward. Marvelous Plumbing was simply fantastic! I'm still amazed of how incredible the service was. So on a Sunday morning my water heater completely blew out. Within a few hours, The Marvelous Plumbing team came to my house, explained all the options, explained the reasoning, and answered all of my many questions in an empathetic and understandable way. They completed the work all in the same day, providing not only a new water heater but important repairs and upgrades to my entire water system, including irrigation and water pressure. Julian, Javier, and Gilbert are simply outstanding in I let them know that they are my go-to plumbing company from now on and I'll be referring friends and family and people I know throughout the city. The price was extremely reasonable and again this was all on a Sunday. They finished at night and still did all of the extra work and double and triple checking to make sure that everything was done with the highest quality. Amazing service. Amazing company. Recently had Marvelous Plumbing come out for a clogged drain in the kitchen. It clogged in the evening and they were quick to respond about our problem. We were able to wait until the next day but they did arrive the following day after my phone call. Robert the plumber came out, very pleasant young man, greeted me with a smile. He explained everything step by step on what he would be doing to try to resolve our problem. He snaked our drains but there was too much going on in there for that to fix our clog. We opted for the Hydrojetting service to fix our problem. This service was a longer term solution rather than a short term fix. He came out the first time and was here about two hours. Since we opted to get the Hydrojetting service he came out the next day which took about 3 hours. We are extremely happy with Marvelous Plumbers and definitely recommend their service. They will be our go to plumbers from now on :)

We were digging a trench in our front yard when we accidentally burst a pipe—total panic mode! I called Gilbert at Marvelous Plumbing, and he was at our house within 20 minutes—on a Sunday!

He showed up in his fully stocked van (which has awesome marketing, by the way) and had everything he needed to assess AND fix the broken pipe in under an hour. Super efficient and knew exactly what he was doing.

But what really stood out? After the repair, he spent an extra 30 minutes answering all our plumbing questions—not just for our home, but even my brother’s! He was genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t rush us at all.

I had an emergency situation where I needed someone to come and repair a shutoff valve under a vanity sink. We had to shut off the water to the house because the valve had failed and we have an elderly parent living with us who relies on running water. So, I started calling around to see if anyone could stop by that evening to help us out (I called around 10:30 pm). The serviceman arrived within the hour. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and addressed the concern professionally. This wasn't a large job and I have experience with service costs like this. Usually, it would have cost somewhere around $250-$300 max. But, because I called after hours, this small job ended up costing me $1,000! I was shocked!... but desperate because we needed to get the water turned back on. So, unfortunately, I had no choice but to acquiesce to the fee quoted me. So, was I satisfied with the service?... yes, but feel like I was really taken advantage of with my emergency situation.

From the beginning, Marvelous plumbing was very responsive. Gilbert was at the property on time and very thorough in his inspections. We used this service to do a plumbing inspection on a property we were purchasing. He used his camera to go through the pipes and sent all the videos to help us with negotiation. Highly recommend this company! Will be using them for all our future repairs.

There are a lot of plumbers out there- many with really good reviews- what sets Marvelous apart for me is their communication and attention to detail. I submitted a request for service online at 6:15am and had a response a minute later! I then had an appointment scheduled a few minutes later. They texted me updates on when my plumber was arriving- great technology! Robert showed up and was a delight - very positive, helpful, and took the time to talk through issues/solutions. He performed quality work and was very thoughtful in keeping things clean & tidy. Well done, Marvelous Plumbing!

Marvelous plumbing responded to our request for a bid on the weekend. They scheduled a visit and provided a reasonable quote. They were exactly on time and very professional. We scheduled the work and they again were exactly on time. They completed the work quickly and their workmanship is very nice. Clean welds, very good at keeping the site clean. I will call them again when the time comes to hire a plumber.

Compared to the first, Marvelous Plumbing was significantly better in response time, professionalism, and pricing. Bianca was really great to work with on scheduling. Robert came to do our estimate and the work itself. He explained everything thoroughly and he executed it exactly as expected. Starting with the initial call, I was impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail.

Day of appointment the professionalism continued with Robert, who showed up on time and ready to go.

Robert time explaining how he would diagnose my plumbing issue. He communicated everything he was doing.

He showed me on their camera that my sewer line was 90% blocked. He took about ten minutes to present me with several options and the associated costs. He took time to answer my questions and completely explain everything.

The work took all day and Robert continued to update and explain each step. Each worker that assisted him was just as professional.

At the end of the day with the work complete, the owner stopped by to check in with me to see if I was 100% satisfied. He also thanked us for choosing his company.
