The worst service I have ever seen.
I first checked the cleaning fee, the day they came they charged three times that amount. It took about ten minutes to clean the carpets, when he left I noticed all the stains were still there and not cleaned. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I had a terrible experience. I called to have my sofa cleaned. I was told initially it was going to be 79 dollars , to their credit they told me price could go up when tech arrives, I have dogs and knew the price was going to be higher, after tech arrived he told me 199 for a deep cleaning and odor removal. I almost canceled when I seen the tech pull his car into my driveway and pull out a cheap extractor you can rent from Home Depot. But I was in a rush and needed to get it done and he ensured me the deep cleaning would be top notch. It was not top notch, I don’t think he did a deep cleaning at all, only a hot water steam cleaning. According to my ring camera he arrived at 11:14, talked to me for 10 mins, I left and he was done with a “ deep cleaning “ 20 mins later . I called to speak to a manager twice and no call back. I ended up cleaning it again on my own with store bought deodorizer and it was way better than what they did.

I don't have much experience with carpet and upholstery cleaning but I don't think my service was worth the money. I was quoted a certain price for an area rug and couch, but when Ilan N. showed up he said it would be better to shampoo instead of steam clean. What's the difference? Is it just the solution they put in the water? I tried to ask question but the accent was to heavy for me to understand. When I agree to an additional $150 service which he made me feel I wasn't even going to get the results I expect with the upgrade. He worked for about 30 minutes and he was done. Looked like he when over the the coach once and he was done. I asked him to go over the cushions on the side again, he denied. He didn't take the time to do a good job. I also had to pay him directly and not to the company. I didn't like that even though the person I talked to on the phone said I could use a charge card. I would not recommend this company. Also his tools smelled like animal urine, don't think he clean his tools after his last job. I should have made him leave and looked for another company!
