Aqua Masters know what they are doing and have been reliable and responsive.

They came out and fixed a wonky pool light in the sweltering heat, dug in the dirt to find the electrical box and managed to get it done really fast. Not an easy job, thanks guys!

Poorly trained staff. They can’t explain pump systems or chemicals in a clear way.

Five star service. Team does amazing work. I've worked with them for years. I accidently hit one star. I'd hire them again for any of my pool needs.

Great experience using Aqua Masters!

The owner is very hands on and is always available and gets back to me in a very timely manner. They are sincere and very nice and I would highly recommend them to everyone! And everybody speaks perfect English so no language barriers. They are super professional!

Super fast communication, came immediately for a quote and back the next day to clean our spa and educate us on how to use it. Billing was also super easy. Highly recommend!

This company has great service and they went out of their way to help me when I had a leak. I didn’t have the slightest idea how to fix the problem but they not only fixed it but explained to me how to prevent it from happening again. Seriously, I love these guys. I wouldn’t call another pool company. These guys are my new go to! I totally recommend them.

I have been using aqua masters for the last 3 years. Ryan and Richard initially showed up on time for our appointment (which I’ve discovered is not normal for the pool service industry) . They are always responsive and helpful and i would recommend them to anyone in the area

A total revamp of a pool is challenging Yet Ryan & Rich made it so very easy and had suggestions I would not have thought about to make it more complete and thorough for long term and resale value!
I would recommend them highly- not only for monthly pool service but
for any project, including the entire pool area- furniture, pavers, etc.

Very expensive. On the phone when I requested a service call I thought he said $55 for the first visit. But it actually was $255 + 3% if I uses credit card. I canceled so I don't really know about the quality of work.

Avoid these guys like the plague. I see positive reviews so perhaps something happened in the last year with mgmt, but my experience was awful. They quoted me a $275 for jacuzzi cleaning -- ended up charging me not on a PER JOB basis but PER HOUR -- $550. They wanted to charge another $275 on top of that but said they would waive it as a customer service courtesy. First appt they came, but then left without telling me without doing the service... second appt they came and did a decent job, but broke the hot tub cover. Upon invoicing, they tack on a 3% credit card fee / or a 1% check cashing fee. I get the CC fee but never heard of a check cashing fee. Watch out.

Aqua Master’s service is great! I am pleased with the cleaning of my pool every week. They also respond quickly to service calls requiring repair work. I would recommend them.

My pool heater needs were assessed and an estimate for a new heating system was provided. All my question were answered and the work was scheduled within two days, which was completed in a very professional manner. Thank you!

Richard and his team of experienced pool techs have saved my bacon more than once by providing fast repair service for my pool and spa. Reasonably priced and straightforward "no bs" estimates. Good company!

Great people. Knowledgeable, reliable and on top of their game. We’ve been through a couple of disappointing pool cleaner experiences over the last few years. But with Aqua Masters, I see a long positive relationship in our future.

They are the only call I will make for future repairs. I am new to hot tub ownership and, when a jet stopped working, I booked the most responsive and available tech—Aqua Masters. Richard showed up earlier than anticipated (amazing) and addressed a very simple problem—didn't even charge me for the visit. He even spent extra time teaching me how to maintain my hot tub. Aqua Masters is great! My pump broke right before we were going to have company over that expected to use the pool. I called this company in a frenzy trying to get help and they got me an appointment the same day. When they came and took a look at it for me they were able to dice everything very quickly. They made this whole process stress free and I would highly recommend them if you need help with your pool.
