I just opened a newly built 4,00 sq ft laundromat in Los Angeles, and needed a top quality janitorial service to keep my massive store in tip top shape. I spoke to and interviewed at least 7 outfits, with all different results (speed of reply, size of company, availability of crew, time to clean my store and of course price).

MNZ with Gloria, Eric and Gene came out on top! That group of folks were super communicative, willing to handle any request that suited my business (some folks can be a bit messy in a laundromat, [if you know what I mean]) and my time schedule.

Their foreman came to my store to walk the site, hear what I needed as he reviewed the scope of work we agreed on, and took the keys. The very first night they went to work. I came in the next morning and my store was spotless! My customers are loving it and it took a big burden of my already busy plate.

As a National facilities maintenance company we get jobs all over the country for our vendors, but I have this one store that needed a little landscaping and lot of exterior litter clean-up. MNZ to the rescue! Although they don't do a lot of landscaping they came ready to pull weeds, spray weed-killer, and dispose of wind blown litter. The client's been super pleased with the service George and Glen have provided.
