This is the third time we have used Precision and the service was top notch again. We just purchased a house in the desert and just the quick look we had at the ducts showed so much dirt. We're guessing it's been years since being cleaned. Sean and Jeremy did a great job getting everything cleaned up. They were polite, tidy and timely. They even have these bumper things they put on corners in your house so the hoses don't rub on the furniture or walls - great idea!

I first called precision air duct cleaning because I noticed a musty smell coming from my air conditioner. Garrett and Mark were both very professional, clean, on time and left my house cleaner than it was before they got there. they also showed me some great before and after photos and were competitively priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to any family or friends.

What a great air duct cleaning experience!

I called precision air duct cleaning on a Tuesday and had them out the following Friday. Sean was extremely knowledgeable and personable on the phone. Nick and Jason showed up on time and were also very competent and professional. I asked them to take a look at my dryer vent too while they were here and I sure am glad I did. They ended up pulling out about 4 gallons of lint out of a 15 foot dryer duct.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone.

These guys did an amazing job cleaning my air ducts! Garrett, the owner and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would, And they finished the job within the estimated time frame they gave me. I was still able to go about my day after because they were so exact with their time! They actually did an amazing job, they showed me the before and afters pics of my duct and how dirty the filter was after the house was done. They answered all my questions and really made the effort to fully clean my home. I have kids so keeping the air clean in my home is a must to me. Garrett is an absolute legend. He helped me figure out how to fix the smell in my air ducts and took time out of his day to look at my setup & give me advice on how I could DIY replace some ducts. He's a hero, very thorough, and knows what he is talking about. He didn't charge me anything for the advice, and I would trust him to clean my vents if that was what had been needed.

Precision Air Duct Cleaning did a great job. My dryer was not working efficiently and would take ages to dry the clothes. They took their time to make sure to address my concern of air flow. They stuck around until the flaps would lift with the dryer air flow. Great job! Would use them again. A+.

We received excellent service form Shaw and his assistant. They arrived on time, Shawn provided us information about the cleaning process and made sure we were comfortable with the process. They set up with tarps on the floor and under each vent, safety corners in the areas the hose would go around in the house, and cleaned the vents and unit until they were spotless. I have been a customer of Precision Air Duct Cleaning for a few years. Sean and team has always been reliable and do a very neat job considering how dirty the job is to clean out dryer vents. Very transparent pricing and reasonable vs. competitors.

What I also appreciate from them is that, in my case, they told me I didn't need to do this annually. They easily could have said that I needed an annual cleaning (they have no incentive to do less vent cleanings). I'd recommend them to anyone looking to get their dryer vents cleaned out.

Great chimney cleaning and troubleshooting experience! Sahar was extremely thorough and came back on a Sunday morning to double check the flue without any charge when we had issues with smoke! Highly recommend this team and although I won’t need them again for this house as they did such a great job I will recommend to all of my family.

Great and speedy service. We needed a new chimney cap and our chimney has a very high second story pitch but he came in and replaced it very quickly with no problems!

I would use their services again in the future because Sahar did his best to get our service done on the day of. Our job was not easy, but he got it done. My neighbor wanted her air vent cleaned too and he did not reject. Thank you!
