I was having a party at my home in Altadena and was in urgent need of a total overhaul of my gas fireplace. I found Don and Royal Cleaning online. From our first discussion to completion of the work (all of which happened within 36 hours!) he was an absolute professional. He provided options (including videos) at different price points, and explained the differences between them, working with me to make a final decision. He did the installation himself the following day, and did a fantastic job, explaining how our new gas fireplace works, and giving me tips on how to maximize performance and safety. In addition to being an excellent technician, he's also highly responsive and a just a super nice, personable guy. I can't recommend him and Royal enough!

Absolute great experience. My regular chimney service provider was booked for the year, so I needed someone who could come out quickly to clean and service our chimney. I found Royal Cleaning Service online, contacted them through Google, and they came the same day. They were honest about what was needed, worked efficiently, and completed everything on the spot. Excellent service all around. Highly recommended.

Don came by today and did a deep clean of our chimney. He also gave us a full inspection. Chimney is cleaned and smelling much better. He was very thorough and clean. Professional and polite. Very knowledgeable. We will be calling him for all future fireplace services.

AC wasnt cooling like it used to… it would run but the air just didnt feel cold enough, esp in the afternoon. thought maybe it was just the heat outside but it kept happening.
