We had a major issue with black soot accumulating on our HVAC system due to misplaced artificial logs, prompting us to call in Shine Air Conditioner Service for cleaning. Our technician, Maurice, was incredibly considerate and professional from the get-go. He took extra precautions by wearing boot coverings and offered to wear a mask if we wanted him to. He carefully covered the surrounding area to prevent any mess when he removed it, considering our glass windows were caked in soot. Maurice worked diligently while I remained at my desk, keeping me updated on his progress. Their prompt service was impressive, and after they finished, our system looks like new again - it's astonishing how much of a difference they made. We'll definitely be recommending Shine Air Conditioner Service for their HVAC cleaning services.

Our air conditioner suddenly started blowing hot air on a Friday afternoon, prompting us to call Shine Air Conditioner Service. We were pleased that they offered us a quick appointment for Saturday between noon and 4. However, we did have to reschedule after the power went out early in the morning. Despite this, Jason arrived promptly once the electricity was restored and got straight to work. He thoroughly checked everything, discovered we had the wrong size capacitor, and replaced it - as well as cleaning out the inside of our unit.
Jason explained each step he took and even showed me pictures of what he fixed. Later, Terry came by and was very courteous. He asked to inspect the attic and discussed various options for a new AC system with me. Although our current unit was deemed the right size but getting old, he presented several choices in different price ranges without pressuring me.
I appreciated that Terry gave honest advice and answered all my questions freely. Both Jason and Terry were incredibly professional, friendly, and took great care with everything. If you're in need of AC repair in Burbank, this team is exceptional!
