I recently engaged the services of Neuhaus Roofing Contractors to replace my roof. My roof is in two parts, a traditional shingle roof with a flat roof over the room addition. I was very impressed with the professionalism of my sales rep, Greg, and the project manager, Israel. Both men were readily available to answer all my questions and address my concerns. They were helpful with relevant suggestions and solutions where needed. In addition, I had the attic insulation replaced and am happy with that. Finally, they repaired the ceilings where I had water damage from the roof leaking. I would recommend anyone needing a roof replacement to consider Neuhaus Roofing Contractors for the job.

One of the best experience I have ever had with contractors. Kevin and Davit are so responsible they got to my house perfectly at scheduled time and took there time to fully inspect my roof and attic space. They management team was great. Art, Kevin and Davit were in touch with me throughout all the process. They have done really good job on my roof. One of the best experiences i had with a contractor. I was looking at buying a house and Home Advisor said they had a good rating along with a free estimate. House needed a new roof and I reached out for a quote and they would not give a free estimate. I hung up and left a bad review then someone else called and they gave me an estimate for taking down the review. The estimate was extremely detailed but didn't include a price. 30min later I receive a price with 0 detail to it. Just Price = 20k. After looking into them there are several people who seemed to be getting scammed. To me it looks like they tried to scam me by not providing a free estimate. Didn't even have their system setup to provide a customer estimate and sent me their internal very detailed estimate including material usage and several different amounts of wasted material by percentage with one column selected but importantly clipped off the cost to them. Then sent the no detail price that didn't appear to reference anything from the first document.

Donmik was a true gentleman and so helpful with our project. His work crew knowing that my husband is very ill worked as quietly and fast as they could. Very professional. I would recommend him and Newhaus Roofing to anyone that needs a job well done.

Jack has been extremely pleasant, kind, and straight forward. Work was done on our roof within two days, and the roofers who came out were also kind and seemed knowledgable. Today we did a water test, and there is no leaking (complete patio redo and torch down where the patio meets the back of the house). Communication with this company has been fluid, constant, and appreciated, since we have dealt with corporations and sole contractors that were not. Recently had a roof replaced and was happy with the communication with Chris, JR and Allen. The project was costly but looks beautiful and finished quicker than expected. The workers mostly did a good job with cleanup after. I did have concerns about making sure the workers were taking care of some issues but when I mentioned it to Chris and JR they made sure they were being done right. The workers up on the roof worked really hard and we're always on time.

Arthur made sure every step of the project was handled with care and attention. He was always available for questions and kept me informed, which made me feel really comfortable. The team worked efficiently but didn’t rush anything. I’ve had roofing work done before, but NewHaus really stands out for their professionalism. The quality of the work is obvious, and my home looks better than ever!

I recently was in the market for getting a new roof. I interviewed a few roofing contractors. I scheduled 4 I total. NewHaus was number 1 for me. The rest were sales people. NewHaus has there own roofers they use for there projects. They were clean and friendly to work with. They updated me everyday until completion. Thanks to the whole team.

We had an excellent experience with Newhaus. Simon was so professional, prompt and delivered 100%. We were under a time crunch as we were at risk with our homeowners insurance needing repairs but Simon reassured that they could start asap and they did! Thank you so much!

The customer service was excellent. I had a solar panels issue, which they helped to resolve, for no cost for us. They promised two week and in two week roof was complete. I definitely recommend NewHaus as your vendors, they are extremely professional compared to all other estimates I received. Main reason I went with them in the first place was their honesty and attention to details. 5/5 totally deserved.

These guys did a great job. Every crew that showed up was careful with their work and respectful of the property. My job was going on between rainstorms (they took it down to the rafters) and they made sure not a drop of water got inside.

Based on this experience, I'll call them for an estimate on updating my kitchen.
