We had a wonderful experience with Servpro of Burlingame for mold remediation. Rudesmy was the on-site coordinator, and Harold and Ivan did the work. Rudesmy was very friendly and helpful, and Harold and Ivan did a great job. A handyman we had hired looked at the work, and said it was the neatest job of mold remediation he had ever seen.

I contacted Servpro for an emergency in the middle of a major Bay Area storm. Honestly, I was very hesitant at first—given the weather and the fact that it was late at night, I thought there was no way this was going to get taken care of quickly.

Andrew arrived with another gentleman, and I wish I could make this up, but the level of service was unbelievable. Andrew went absolutely above and beyond to fix all the issues. I contacted Servpro for a mold issue after getting some insane quotes from other companies. When I first called Servpro, the woman on the phone did her best to explain and assess exactly what would be needed, language barrier and the price was much more reasonable. My husband even joked, at that price point, we "couldn't be beggars -regarding perfection."
We were wrong! Andrew and Abraham arrived early and were fantastic. Andrew walked us through the entire process and explained thoroughly what they would be doing. When they finished, we had our general contractor come in to inspect the area. He actually asked us for Andrew's contact information for work because he said the job was done "extremely perfectly."

GREAT Paving and stone work contractor- I’ve contracted Poly-Am Construction for several projects over the last 10-15 years, and they always do an excellent job. Ben and his crew are skilled at paver installation, stone walls, retaining walls as well as landscaping. Their work is alway top notch.

Ben and his team did an outstanding job building a retaining wall and installing a French drain around our property in Burlingame. He got started on the project within 2 days of me reaching out to him. He was on site every day with the team. The retaining wall was finished in 5 days, and the French drain in 8 days. Both right on schedule. The quality of the work is excellent.

Ben was incredibly responsive over text, sending daily updates and photos so we always knew where things stood. I will continue to work with him on future jobs.

Update, they did it again! These people are criminals! This is what happens when you park near their construction site they sabotage your vehicle. I found this under my truck tires because they don't want me parking there even though they have not paid for the city to block off the parking, like they're supposed to, not to mention all the garbage it gets blown around because they don't take care of their garbage on their construction sites either... And if you look at their construction work it is the sloppiest work I've ever seen. You should see all the gaps the plywood for the sides of the house.

Attention to detail and design sense is unmatched. Job site was always spotless at end of the day. Extremely happy. Robin raised my roof, opened up walls throughout, added decorative beams and one of a kind design touches. I highly recommend.

Robin assisted us in redesigning the floor plan of our home in Alamo. We wanted to maintain the existing footprint of the house while reconfiguring the interior layout, particularly the kitchen, which we found challenging to envision on our own. Robin thoughtfully listened to our ideas and created a design that perfectly balanced functionality and aesthetics. His plan included all the features we hoped for—a walk-in pantry, a spacious island, and abundant natural light in the great room.

It was inspiring to see his concepts evolve from sketches to reality, and now that we are living in the finished space, we truly appreciate the attention to detail and creativity that went into every aspect of the design. We could not have achieved this transformation without Robin’s expertise, professionalism, and exceptional design sense.
