Patrick is awesome. He helped me with a couple of houses. Once we landed on the scope of the remodel and the big items like removing walls and layout I just gave it to him to take care of. He is onsite like every day sending you updates and just getting back to you and if there’s bigger items that need to be resolved like putting in a new heating system or something like that.
