Return policy is ridiculous

Placed an order online. Received an email confirmation. No tracking number. Email stated they would send a second email with number. 2nd email received.....still no tracking number. Email states i can log in to see tracking information....okay.....Logged in says my email account is invalid...not registered. So I register it. Now it shows no order history. Nor is there anywhere on the website for me to input a order number. 10 days later......still no tracking number or item. No customer service. You call the number no one answers.....even their "cell phones." You send an email to the support center......no one reply's. You log-in to their online chat......no one answers. There is no "person" at this company. Probably some fat guy sitting on his lab top ripping people off. Cause that's exactly how I feel at this point. Will gladly never do business with again!!! Nor will I ever recommend this company to even my worst enemy!!!! Stay as far away as possible!!!!

I've been selling breakers to livewire for over 10 years. Never had any problems until my last go round. First I could never reach Adam at work.his co worker said he baby sat and didn't own a car. So after three weeks I dropped by there warehouse. So it took another three weeks for Adam to look over the 20+ breakers I brought in. He said a check would be mailed promptly. Well I forgot about for about two months so I phoned in to see what was up. He confirmed no check was mailed.so I left work early to pick up the check. For whatever reason my bank would not cash the check I went to check cashing where they charged me 10/ percent. And when I came out of check cashing I had received a ticket after I spoke to the officer before leaving the car. So the whole ordeal took about four months from my first phone call and cost me about 320.00. I won't be dealing with livewire again I was totally disappointed in the service I recieved. I appreciate your reply to my review. I will give one star for that. Accepting responsibility. Thank you. Randy

I have previously ordered breakers from Livewire & was happy with their service.I recently, ordered a 3p breaker.The breaker we ordered was no longer needed.I asked if I can return it.They told me there's a 25% stocking fee.I thought that this was unusually costly fee,but, being that I had no use for it,I sent it back.After not hearing from the company for about 6 weeks,I emailed them & they said they need to speak with the warehouse people.After much back & forth,they finally told me that the breaker appears used & they cannot refund me.The breaker ,costs roughly $400 & they want me to pay an additional shipping fee to send it back!
I'm extremely frustrated & unimpressed with their customer relations.
I would never recommend anyone to order anything from them.
