At first, I didn't have direct contact with Bryce. Instead, he sent one of his top-notch electricians, Edwin, to my Burlingame home. For four consecutive days, Edwin tirelessly worked on several electrical tasks including upgrading my electrical panel, setting up two outdoor light fixtures, installing three outdoor outlets, assembling three ceiling fans, setting up a Ring doorbell, and replacing my external photo cell. Edwin was absolutely fantastic! His electrical knowledge was impressive, and despite his youth, he was experienced and confident in his abilities. His thorough explanation of his skills and experience assured me that he was the right person to handle my electrical needs. Edwin was a true professional - punctual, friendly, proactive, meticulous about his work and even cleaned up after himself. He went the extra mile and vacuumed my rug after installing the ceiling fans. I can't praise Edwin enough! One day, after Edwin had left, I found myself unable to close my electric garage door and I panicked. I immediately called the office and Bryce answered. Bryce quickly arrived at my home within 20 minutes, and solved the problem in a snap by plugging in the garage door. I felt a bit foolish, but was grateful for his help. I would recommend Bryce or Edwin to anyone in need of electrical services. However, keep in mind that they are highly sought-after professionals, so booking an appointment might take some time. When I first called, I was told by the secretary that they were fully booked for three months. I was taken aback. But when I called again some time later, Bryce himself answered and I was able to secure an appointment for the next day. Edwin and his crew did an excellent job installing a chandelier in our two-story foyer, along with several flush mount LED disk lights and new dimmer switches and outlets for our kitchen and dining room remodel.
