Rude
It's late January, Conquest is still working a one month job they started October 1. Could they be any slower? Well, I guess it's San Francisco taxpayer money, so no big deal, right?
They need to learn how to flag and set up lane closers on top of not leaving there equipment in front of your house including portapottys and not just toss out a trench plate so people wreck there tires and suspension because there asphalt team cant get it right
Conquest's vehicle hit and damaged my car. Instead of resolving the matter professionally, the president of the company Paul Loukianoff, denied the obvious fact that his company was responsible (paint from his vehicle was embedded in my door). Upon further research, it seems this is a pattern of behavior for Paul as Conquest Contractors has had numerous lawsuits brought against them, records of which can be found on the San Francisco Superior Court website. I would strongly advise against working with Paul Loukianoff and Conquest Contractors.
Con-Quest Contractors replaced the waterline in my neighborhood. They were scheduled to work here for about two months and there was a lot of concern amongst neighbors leading up to the work starting regarding how we would be impacted when trying to leave or return home since there is only one road in and out of our relatively large neighborhood. Just as the work was starting, Randy stopped by and left a business card. He said if anything came up or I had any questions, I could give him a call. And, believe it or not, when I called him, he picked up! He was kind, honest and reliable - not something you find often these days. Once the work started, everyone was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of Randy's team and the general concern his team had for the way their work was impacting the homeowners. I have two little girls and the flaggers would greet us with a smile and a wave as we waited for our turn to pass and the girls were yelling "Hi!" out the car windows. I never had to wait more than a minute to pass which meant that they all made it a priority to stop what they were doing and move the equipment to the side of the road so I could pass. At night, the streets were clean and tidy; free of excess construction material and more importantly, trash from snacks, drinks or lunches that day! I have worked with, and been around, contractors and construction companies my whole life and most have a "get out of my way and let me get this work done" mentality. That was not the case with Con-Quest. It's obvious that Randy has high expectations for his team and they deliver! I would gladly have them do work on my house or in my neighborhood.
