Wanted to spend time to post this
Honest, Accurate review:
Last cleanings at 2 of our apts 6/15 and 6/29, BAD experience! Offered ZERO apology and no credit on cleaning or to fix it. Sent her pictures too.
We use this company a few times a month specially Daniela for our furnished/airbnb apts.
Hardworking and nice lady but UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL:
1bdm cleaned 6/15
-left rear door open and forgot to shut. UNSAFE!!
-under bed super dusty
-bathroom window sill was checked and wipe was black

Another rental cleaned 6/29:
-Dryer Lint was super full, not thrown away. Laundry don't dry well and can leads to machine malfunction. Happened before she forgot to clean lint!
-Stove, vent + oven+ refrigerator DIRTY, NOT CLEANED!
-Bathroom sink had black ring
-Primary bedroom missing a sheet.

Not detailed or thorough! DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER and been working with them almost 1yr. Need to improve!

It’s truly shocking how good Tavares Home Cleaning is. They are incredibly reliable, talented and their attention to detail is immaculate. Every time I come home to my house that they’ve just cleaned, it legitimately makes my day!

I wouldn’t hire these shady kids. Dishonest and disrespectful kids who don’t know what they’re doing.

Had to coordinate work for a client with the Branch Manager, William. William is courteous, responsive and dependable. Our professional relationship has continued to grow since that experience, and I would recommend working with William to anyone.

I have had a great experience interacting with and working with William Carey the branch manager at the Burlingame location. He’s been very responsive and friendly! Thanks for your help Will!

Never pick up the phone

Agreed on reviews regarding the drivers/workers. The ones from this Burlingame location congregate at 7-11 on Rollins parking on both sides of Rollins at the intersection essentially creating a hazardous 1-lane roadway and don't give a rip even when asked not to do it. The trucks and trailers parked (even temporarily) pose risks to the employees, commuters, bicyclists, etc...

Update: Canned response from business owner. Sigh

Final update: The manager must have spoken to the employees as they are no longer creating the hazard on Rollins. Giving 3 stars.

We own a property next to their offices on Mahler Road in
Burlingame. They are constantly cleaning their yard and blowing garbage onto our property. We have asked them several times to stop, but they ignore us and just keep doing it. We asked them to put up netting and they said they would and haven't. Not respectful neighbors.

Max’s team is absolutely the best. They’ll come on short notice, spend the time in making the job to your liking, and prices are reasonable. Above all, they’re honest and will give you different options.

The last job they did was remove a stubborn tree, pulled all the weeds, laid out a cover, and replaced the mulch. Our front yard looks even better than when we bought it years ago.

There are not enough superlatives to describe the job Excellence Landscaping did to beautify our front yard. The few bushes we had were stressed by the drought, our expansive front lawn had died from the drought, and our driveway and walkway were old and cracked. We decided to do a complete make-over of our front yard and talked to three different landscape companies. We decided on Excellence Landscaping because they were very responsive, had great ideas for what could be done and were reasonably priced. Selecting Excellence Lanscaping proved to be the right decision. They constructed a very attractive retaining wall that has attracted the attention of neighbors, installed papers for our driveway and walkway, and prepared the yard for drought-resistant plantings, including gopher wire, weed screening, a drip irrigation system and decorative rock. What impressed us the most is Jose and Max were on-site working every day, along with 1-2 employees, and finished the job on time and without relying on subcontractors. We highly recommend Excellence Landscaping!

We had Max and Jose come out to Millbrae and help us with a new front lawn (new sod). They were professional, responded quickly to my request for a quote, and the price was very reasonable. I also appreciated how they cared to tell me how to take care of my new lawn and how much watering would be needed! After two months, the lawn is still looking great, and I would trust them with my next yard project!

Jose and his crews were amazing. Very professional, kind, and prices were very reasonable. They showed up on time, and finished the project in a timely manner. The project was to get rid of our grass area and place pavers and artificial turf. Their work looks amazing. I have no complain at all. Highly recommend them to others.

Great experience. Team finished ahead of schedule and on budget. When things popped up several months after job completion, their team did not hesitate to send someone to fix immediately.

Excellence Landscaping truly lived up to their name. They were fast, efficient, and incredibly detail-oriented throughout our backyard project. They provided samples for patio tiles, mulch, and other materials, incorporated our revisions thoughtfully, and executed everything exactly as requested.

They installed the patio tiles and steps, cleared and replanted the yard with new plants and trees in fresh mulch beds, and added irrigation and lighting that completely transformed our space into a Japanese, hotel-chic backyard. Excellent craftsmanship, great communication, and a smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Flavio and his crew are great. They repaired and built a couple fences around my mom's house and did a nice job.

The team was incredible. They were flexible to adapt plans to our ideas, and highly communicative. Highly recommend!
