Called 3 times in 90 minutes with out leaving a message or saying why they called. Please don't spam call people, it's not a good way to do business.

They really know what they are doing , it's not a new thing , they have years of expertise that run circles around the competition , job done right at the first time ,yeah they are that good

These guys are amazing and very knowledgeable about the radiant system I have. They were able to fix the issue quickly and were eager to explain the basics about our boiler and radiant heating system. This experience was great compared to the other company I called. Thanks, Skaates! :)

I wanted to like this company. Frances is great. However, their estimators are not and this impacts the customer. I needed a new boiler and reached out to this company for help. After they made a visit, they started the boiler needed replacement. It has now been over a week, and after several follow ups, the office still has not received the quote from their estimator.

I won't bother calling this company for service anymore.

Technical knowledge: excellent. Follow through on minor tasks needed to complete a job: terrible. I've got two simple tasks that need to be performed on a job that goes back to 2022 and can't get them completed. Dispatch and office admin: Good. Effectiveness in getting field to do quick, minor stuff: zero. Really frustrating, because otherwise, the quality of work is very good. But, as a remote landlord, I can't afford to have non-responsive service.

My experiences at Cal Steam have been beyond 5 stars. Both John and Brian have been so patient and friendly helping me, and always with a smile I might add. They gave me valuable advice and the right products to use to do my own leak repairs for kitchen and bathroom sinks. They have saved me a bundle. A BIG shout out to them, great guys!!!

Ray was very professional and took care of the specific tankless water heater we needed for our client. We had our order ready for pick up the next day. He took care of loading the water heater in my truck and ready to go in about 15 minutes. Excellent service. Bravo Cal-Steam!
