I had been dealing with a backed up bathtub and shower for a couple weeks hoping it would somehow fix itself. But, finally I got fed up and called Works Plumbing. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get same day service. When Kevin arrived he could see I was a little anxious but after confidently assessing my situation I was sure that my plumbing issue was going to get resolved. Kevin acted and communicated with utmost professionalism and I am truly grateful for their service. I would highly recommend Works Plumbing to anyone!

Works Plumbing came to my rescue to fix the p-trap under my kitchen sink. I was hosting a lunch that day and they sent Lalo who gave me an estimate, got the parts and fixed it all and more within 2 hrs. Very clean job and explained things as he worked. Highly recommend!

I was happy to see plumber Travis! He has helped me before. I love the transparency with this company! Travis went through everything throughly and patiently with me and we formulated a plan of action. Travis worked really hard to unblock a very stubborn blocked drain and then went on to do another couple of jobs. I’m very happy with my experience with Works Plumbing and will be using them again. I would also recommend this company with no reservations.

Received notice plumber was on his way. Came by even earlier than expected which was great because it allowed me to tend to the multiple appointments I had that day. Plumber was very professional and assessed my leak issue. Although he didn’t know exactly where the leak was he offered a diagnostic test option. We did not use the service; however, giving 5 stars for professionalism and promptness.

Great customer service, easy scheduling, showed up on time and followed through. We need to replace our faucet in the bathroom but are waiting to see if the current one is under warranty. Once we get a replacement, I will be reaching back out to have it installed by Works Plumbing.

This is an excellent, reliable plumbing repair company. For my request related to fixing a seriously clogged toilet, the appointment was a breeze to make, the provider maintained timely communciation with me via phone during my wait time, and the technician arrived promptly within the timeframe scheduled and provided excellent professional service, which resolved my problem promptly and satisfactorily with a combination of skills and luck. But the resolution was really a result of team work between the tech and my family. Highly recommended for anyone in need of plumbing repairs. Peace out..

I highly recommend them! From the start they were very knowledgeable about the job requirements so the estimate was going to be very accurate. They also clued me on on some extra equipment that I would need to get to ensure complete installation. I was always able to call them to see when they would arrive and then they stayed until I was able to hook up the unit to my wifi. Very happy!

Dominic from Works Plumbing came by and diagnosed that I needed a new garbage disposal in my kitchen sink. He also cleaned out the connected sink pipes which had not been cleaned for over a decade, which took several hours and was very difficult because of a very constrained area under my sink

Now everything works perfectly…. a follow up from Works Plumbing (from Marlon) confirmed that I had the appropriate water pressure. I’m very happy with my overall experience with Works Plumbing.

Works Plumbing came to help me immediately with an emergency leak. Their technician was, polite, courteous, and professional. I was presented with three price options to fix and update my plumbing so I wouldnt run into this problem again.

I will gladly hire them in the future!

The plumber was able to fix the issue but left hand stains all over my wall (which I’ll have to paint over), plumbers putty on my fence (from going in and out, which I couldn’t clean off with a wet rag) and also charged me for services that he didn’t perform ($500!!). I’m still waiting for a refund and it’s been over a week!! I’ve called them and they keep telling me someone will call me back about the refund but still no response!

On top of that, I believe they have shady practices. I originally called to clear a clog. They needed to replace the tub drain pipe because the drain plug was seized. He still recommended snaking the pipe after (which he charged me for) but I just told him I’d wait and see. When he installed the drain plug, I think he purposely adjusted it so it sits a little low only allowing a slow drain because the water drained actually slower than before he showed up. I think he did that to get a call back to do the snake! But I adjusted the plug to sit higher and it was fine.

Will not be using them again and definitely do not recommend!

UPDATE: After posting this review, they finally reached out and settled the difference for work not performed.

I give 5 starts to Works Plumbing as I have been a customer of their for 3 years and highly recommend their services. Very knowledgeable, reliable and professional all
the technicians they employ. Travis did an exceptional job with his team today 1/12/24 by reinstalling my tank less water heater. He finished the job to my expectations and not to mention cleaned up afterwards. Very satisfied!
